Hotel Ganpati

Hotel Ganpati situated at Siliguri town state of west Bengal is very clean and easily attached to all sightseeing's. Restaurant service attached to hotel is also good and hygienic. Mr.Mayank Thapa ,a service provider in restaurant deserves special mention as his unconditional service to us and other customers is very good and polite.He introduced us with variety of food items available in kitchen and served us with grate amount of pleasure and happiness. Tourist visits Siliguri may get service from this hotel if they want clean and safe stay. Thank you. Bhalchandra

Location - 4/5 Cleanliness -1.5/5 Food - 3.5/5 Service - 4/5 Staff - 4/5 The hotel is located in the middle of the hongkong market. The staff was cordial and polite. The rooms were okayish were the bedsheets and towels were full of stains. Washroom was clean but wasn't much maintained. The restaurant and dining area is well kept and food served was tasty and hygienic.

The room was extremely small like you enter and it ends. There is no place to keep a suitcase in case you have more than one small suitcase. The bed was uncomfortable as it was two single beds made into one and hence the joining end was hard without any mattress. The room was not dusted at all everything around was dusty and the floor looked like it was mopped a week back. Now let's come to the breakfast in the property. Breakfast is supposed to be ready by 08.30am, however we reached at 08.30am forget breakfast even the set up was not done. We went To the reception and enquired and they said they will check on it. There was only one attendant in the breakfast area and hence even with three guests it took forever. The breakfast was never on the buffet and we could only get our orders by 9 am. Horrible miserable Bad!!!

It was a great experience with excellent hospitality,food, room quality, i must say it was worth of money u spent...from this hotel u easily visit nearby tourist place they also manage all vehicles for you which verry good must visit

I had an utterly disappointing experience at FabHotel Ganpati 2 in Siliguri, primarily due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff. From the moment I arrived, the front desk was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite having a confirmed booking, they demanded additional payment on the spot, claiming the original rate was "incorrect," which felt like a blatant attempt to overcharge.

Rooms are not specious as per cost. Services are not good. In complementary brakefast they are not providing buffet.
