Hotel Central Park, Siliguri

One of the worst hotel in my entire career. Not worth of money. In deluxe room mosquitos are free washrooms are not hygine. Remotes are not working properly.even you can't switch on fan (because of tremendous sound). In buffet there will be no choice . restuarant staffs are too rude and no humbleness . Uncleaned vessels and unprofessional people. I wanted to give 0 ratings (no option). Guys don't check photos in Google and book this hotel (like I get fooled).if it's in night 4th floor there will be single lights are on at the varanda ( like bhoot bangla). Guys wake up (team central park hotel)

The rooms were a little overpriced for their condition. Their service was good. Not many choices for breakfast but their location was just great.

This hotel is one of the worst in siliguri.. Their online policy is that they dont allow couple checkin but in real they are like people who sell black ticket...what i meant to say is that they allow couple checkin in offline but in 3x of price in compare to online rate. They dont approve the cancellation of the booking done by customer through make my trip so that they can scam money from customer. Please dont stay at this hotel...Apart from that thier hospitality means disrespecting thier customer. This hotel is more than a worst....

It was good stay , room amenities only thing need to improve - like better bed sheet and bed

I had opportunity to visit Siliguri with my parents recently . We stayed in this hotel. The facility was not up to the satisfaction. The worst incident was when I forgot my new mobile IPhone charger in my room and the hotel staff didn't return the charger in spite of our repeated requests.Still I recollect the whole incidents that occurred in this hotel and that remained as worst experience in my life.

I have give ln it 5 stars bcoz the manager tried his best to serve his customers We were given this accomodation from Spice Jet as our flyt was cancelled. We reached hotel around 9 and dnr was served by 10pm. Next day they even arranged 3 cabs to send us to airport ( obviously spice jet uska pay karega ) But what matters is that they tried the best that we don't face any issues till the time we are the guest as we were already troubled bcoz of Spice Jet cancellation. Room has all basic amenities. Food was also nice here. U can easily eat at the restaurant even if you choose to stay somewhere else. Also , thanks spice jet for finding such hotel for us.

Very good experience of staying at the hotel. Staff was extremely courteous. Rooms were neatly maintained. The restaurant serves vegetarian food with lots of option. Complimentary breakfast available.

Nothing Mark my words nothing is even close to good about this hotel. Looks like a old haunted house and the condition of the rooms define so. Disgusting old mirror with lot of marks, spider web along with spider in the bathroom, dwelling tap of washroom,dirty walls, hard af matress ,dust all over the corner of sofa,dirty pillow& curtains definitely the worst hotel of all ... Paid around 3.5k for this disaster
