Gd Hotel

Booked 3 rooms. One room for 3 people was good. Another room for 4 people had some issues, night lamp was not working, could not change the temperature of the AC. Other room for 2 people was extremely small. Overall I would say the rooms were not worth the money that I paid.

The experience in this hotel is worse. The rooms are untidy and are not maintained at all. The bedcovers are not washed. Rooms are filled with cockroaches. Even drinking water is not available. It has an AC and a geyser in the washroom. No outside food is allowed. It's location is 1 km from the NJP Railway Station. As, we have our train in the early morning the next day, we have booked online for this property 1 month back after seeing the pictures of their rooms with full payment. But, it's totally a scam. Don't go by the pictures that you will find on their site. It is not recommended at all.

The hotel rooms were completely different from what was shown in the pictures. When I brought this up with the receptionist, he dismissively said, "We obviously show the best rooms in the photos," and then proceeded to behave rudely. They had promised to prepare food for me at night, but after the disagreement, they refused to serve me and told me to eat elsewhere, which wasn't feasible that night. Overall, the rooms, especially the bathrooms, were filthy, and the staff's behavior was appalling.

Worst experience ever in a Hotel ever. Dirty bedsheet, no sheet on commode, AC doesn't work, no toiletry given. Mis behavior, tea cups were never washed..people who have to catch train 12042 have to stay here as it is closest to NJP railway station. I would suggest other to walk a little further and you can find a better hotel. In one sentence - most disgusting hotel ever.. I wish I could complain to some authorities who can shut down such hotels...

The hotel is nice and clean. I was provided with clean sheets, pillow case, towels. The Room was clean with ample light. However my rooms windows were fixed and could not be opened. Ac was working fine. The staff and specially the receptionist was very nice. The hotel is walkable distance (650m) from NJP station. Had a great stay. Will return again.

Location wise just 4-5 minutes far from NJP railway station. All the staffs are too much supportive. Specially the guy, whose number is shared in the card, he is too much co-operative and supportive. I am just writing this because I arrived in NJP at * Pm with my full family(6 members) and asked for rooms. The guy instantly charging any extra money helped me with two rooms and even gave a special discount also. I am grateful to him and the management as there were only a few rooms available as it was Sunday.
