Ecotel Vinayak

It's an awesome stay in the Ecotel vinayak hotel. Rooms are very gold and specious. The washroom is also neat and clean. Hustle free check in. Due to some reason I arrived late at the hotel in the night but still they are waiting only for me. This is very delightful. The staff is very polite. I ordered some food and that was very good in taste. It's also situated in a very good location. You will find whatever you need within your range. I will definitely visit again.

Budget friendly hotel.Beat part is its position which is nearby to Siliguri station as well as central bus terminus. Also one will get cab ride at just hotel gate for Airport transfers

Except for the staff everything else was bad. Old rooms, remotes and geysers were not working, Doors have key holes and creeps can easily peep in

Had a terrible experience. We booked online from agoda and we were allotted a non AC room in the fifth floor just below the terrace and it was like a hot oven. The room is small with all old stuff. Even the switch for the fan and the light was same. How can a person in this hot weather stay in that room with the light on the whole day. No towel, floor mat and even water provided. We had to ask the staff for each and every thing after which they have provided. Even the bed was dirty. Not recommended at all. Worst experience ever.

Hotel Vinayak is very good hotel. I stay one night . I am fine.

Thanks to Miss Sushma receptionist make our stay comfortable but rooms are not in good condition, food quality needs to be improved.
