Capital O 75802 Hotel Royal City

I must say that they charged very high for a half day's stay. The guy who happened to be the manager (or owner) mentioned that i will have to pay Rs. 2500 for a single room (even though it was a half day's stay) and then, after speaking with someone over the call, he said to pay Rs. 1500. Room was decent. However, the staff's service was bad. - I had to come out and call them multiple times in-person for each and every request, as the telephone in the room wasn't functioning. - TV wasn't functioning as well, as they had to recharge. So, came out to inform that there was no signal in TV, which the housekeeping supervisor had come to check and then, recharged it - Aircon wasn't functioning - Bathroom Shower wasn't functioning. - There were no cups, despite having kept the essentials like coffee, tea, sugar etc. So, i had to physically come down and ask for cup and saucer. It was really annoying that i had to step out of the room to ask each and every request. Overall, i regret paying 1500 for such pathetic experience. It's just because i had already agreed beforehand, i didn't argue over this issue at the time of checkout. To the staff and management: Just like your hotel name 'Royal' - please try to keep up the standards and maintain 'royal'.

Having a worst time with me and my kids waiting for breakfast from 8 till 10:30 , yet the waiters are making excuses one after another , sat in the reception for more than half an hour to demand that breakfast needs to be served, yet still unknown it will provided or not !!

They didn't serve breakfast although they promised to do so. I had a flight to catch, so I had no time to wait for their service just when we were about to leave for Bagdogra airport. Although, they took the money in advance..

Good hotel option in siliguri.but they don't have any tie up with oyo.book directly by calling hotel's numbers.

I am giving 2 star due to poor service, we checked in @11 pm, just to sleep, despite paying high, we couldn't get hot water, even after repeated inquiry, issue was not solved

My stay was not too good rooms were not so clean service was soo late And more and more extra charges breakfast was very bad try to avoid this hotel when coming to silliguri

My stay was not that great as room's ac was not working and even after multiple requests they were not changing room and giving unreasonable excuse. After having an argument they finally changed the room but by then I was completely upset. Rooms are small and doors are also difficult to open and close. Rude behaviour of staffs.

Very bad experience. The manager is too exploiting. At the time to check in he said the charge was 2000 but at the check out he was demanding 2500 . Lootne wala hotel hai
