Apple's Balaji Inn

Had a great stay at Apple Balaji Inn Siliguri. Perfect location and accessibility. You get good food. The restaurant provided excellent cooked food especially bengali dishes. Special credit goes to the hotel staff Mr. Atul for providing us customised food as we prefer fish and other bengali dishes. He was very cooperative and friendly. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Washrooms are clean. Service is prompt. Lift works well. Location is great in case you are travelling by bus as it is hardly within 500 MTRS from Tenzing Norgay bus terminal.

We had one night stay here enroute Gangtok. Rooms are a bit small but neat and clean. Bathroom was also neat and clean. Staffs are helpful. Food was good. Located around 300 m from main road near Siliguri junction. There is very little space for car parking outside the hotel.

Good hotel with tidy and we'll sanitized rooms , prompt service and also a warm welcome . This place also offers good food options from their in house kitchen . Just that this place being located at the heart of the city makes it a easy access and also prone to some traffic congestion during rush hours .

Nice and low budget hotel. But clean. A transit destination with most economic benefits.

If there were negative stars i would have chosen that. Pathetic location and rooms smelling of cigarettes and very poorly maintained lift and common area. I was hoping to get out of the hotel at my earliest chance and swore never to return to this area too. My family liked the food in this place but for my unhygienic conditions didn't let me see anything good that the hotel might have had. My travel agent Nature wings booked this place and accurately hated my stay here. my whole trip experience got ruined because of this stupid place.

The rooms are okay. Staff is good, food not much of a choice and it's okay. However the management is very rude. They keep constantly calling you for food money. They don't see what is the time or if the guest is resting or the guest needs some privacy. They keep calling you. To my surprise the restaurant staff called to tell me to pay the restaurant food as the money is cut from his salary. I tried to explain the staff that my stay is not yet over and will settle the food bill when I check out. However they were rude in saying u can either pay or check out immediately. So I paid 5K for the food that was due during my stay and checked out. Don't forget that hot water is a problem. After repeated requests they did not fix the issue. Bathrooms are not so clean. Now at the nick of time I am searching for a new place. This experience was pathetic and I suggest not to choose this pathetic place. I seriously recommend to look for some other places around as there are many decent options available near by
