OYO Flagship 79226 Hotel Roy Residency

Washroom Toilet not cleaned. Toillet flush wark but Water filled full washroom. Washroom geyser not work. Water speed very very low. Management is not good I am very disappointed. Not suggest.

It was not a pleasant experience. The rooms offered by the receptionist were not of good quality. I was surprised to see an unclean room (heaps of dust with biscuit covers in a corner) with a rocky bed and no ventilation. The unused wiring of the room up was hanging here and there all through the room. Though the routine amenities like paste, soap, shampoo, brush and towel were available, I was not provided with a door mat nor a dust bin. I found it difficult to sleep very late till 3AM in the morning. The age old AC was working but with no remote. The toilet seems to be very compact, a bit clean but no hot water facility. The outlet of the AC unit was directed into the toilet room right where we bath. I'm very much fed up by seeing the arrangement. I was very amused as to how this hotel was brought under the franchise of OYO. I strongly believe OYO definitely needs to visit this place and reconsider this hotel being under the franchise.

By far, this is the most unpleasant stay i have ever had. 1. The location of the hotel is incorrect, 2.the staff is ill mannered and rude. They dont under a single letter of the word Hospitality, 3. The rooms are average, however the ac water outlet of room 102 opens in the tiny wash room, hence the wash room is always wet. 4. The walls are paper thin, everything happening outside can be heard clearly from inside. I could hear the reception guy watching some movie on full volume at 2.00 in the night 5. No provision for breakfast, cheap road side breakfast was served to us at premium prices.. Rather they made no attempts to even serve it.. It was served to us in newspaper. I just stayed there for a night, as a rest stop on my onward journey.. But it was horrible.. Please reconsider before making a booking.
