4beds booked by AGODA and we are 2 adults and a child but hotel taken Rs 200 extra for my child per day and here is no river side no AC.this the worst experience b'coz whole night we suffer from poisonous mosquito and bad odour in my room

I had worst experience this time booking a hotel which is not even worth Rs. 500 per room against which i have paid Rs 7000 looking at the misleading pictures that were posted on you esteemed website. I am sharing the actual picture of the unhygienic rooms, there is no space for a single person to stand in the washroom. The staff was also rude and there is no sense of hospitality. The owner made me wait for 30 mins and he didn't care to even discuss the issue. Please look at the actual pictures before booking I am sharing the picture here

It's a multi purpose used hotel from tourist and hospital visiting. Overall good staying.

I have booked this hotel through Agoda where it was not mentioned.For early check-in the reception boy told me to pay rs 200 extra for fine or else I have to wait for 1.30 hrs to get the room.as I have checked in around 10.30 a.m.After some discussion the boy said to pay only 100 rs for early check in.There are rooms available in this hotel. This is the first time I have this kind of hospitality experience. This is new strategy to earn money i believe. So choose your hotel wisely.

While my Darjeeling trip I stayed there two times with my family. Everything was fine, behaviour of staff was very humble and supportive. As no service for restaurant so self cooking needs to be facilitated. Cleaning, location, price, internal service everything fine satisfactory.

Worst experience, unprofessional behaviour, irresponsible staff, non supportive authorities. And i have paid 7000 the room is not worth even 500. The owner is irresponsible and non cooperative didn't even feel its important to connect with their customers to resolve any kind of issue. Kindly check the room physically before booking.

Nice Homestay... Staffs are very polite

We had booked a room to stay overnight after a very long journey. When we reached, the man at the reception kept on talking over the phone with owner/ manager for 20 minutes about rooms allotted to this party and that customer. He told us to wait with out revealing his intentions. We waited after 20 minutes we interrupted the conversation to ask us to give us the room. He very annoyingly asked us to speak to the speaker on the other side of the phone . The speaker refused to give us a room saying he is not bound to give it to us. First of all, they have enlisted in booking.com and then upon booking they are ready to harass customers. Secondly, they wasted our time by about an hour by not letting us know that they will not allow us a room. Thirdly, it is absolutely an unprofessional and un ethical practice being in the hotel industry. We moved out with minimum argument but we thank our stars for not staying there. God knows what would have waited for us during our stay, regarding further service.||Just at the time of entering also, we witnessed some heated conversation with one of the customers staying there.
