Food is awesome. Relaxing atmosphere. Good place to unwind. Service is great. We have known Samten ever since we've been to this place. Very humble person and he knows his stuff really well. Feels nice when the person serving knows how to build customer relationship. All in all great place.

Swimming pool good but changing place very very inconvinient. Boys r on more privacy area. Not a single hook or a table to place bags. Someone has to b there holding yr bags. Very very inconvient. Cocktails n mocktails r a joke. Never order. Food good.

Outstanding Property and Delicious Food, Especially the staff here is very very nice they are very sweet and tempting.... The rooms are also very spacious and swimming pool is very clean and nice.... I would suggest the tourist to book the resort here only in Siliguri and the location is also nearby by other markets and places.... This property is also in Darjeeling, Sikkim, Gangtok,......

Resturant has good atmosphere, vibes & location.. restaurants staff was so polite and good behaviour.. food is so good and there service is good also

Worst resort I've ever visited in my life , such arrogant people , we have paid for 8 people complimentary pool but after visiting they told us that you've to pay for 2 people for the pool ,Broken air conditioner also the complimentary breakfast they've provided was only for 6 people , never going to visit again ever.
