HOTEL ROYAL VANILLA AND BANQUET

Hi Friends this is Suresh Shroff from Mumbai. Want to share one important thing the manager Mr Jaiswal is useless and unprofessional. Just inform them at the time of check in that my flight is at 10.30am next day . I requested them to provide just bread butter tea and coffee by 8am. This requirement was not full filled till 9am. Such a big hotel and no bread for guests. Secondly the breakfast timing was from 9am which is absolutely wrong. Kindly change it to 7.30am to 9 am. When I called the manager his staff told he is sleeping. This was a very bad and worst experience. My only request to the manager Mr Jaiswal is to get up and take the charge. So that other guests will not suffer the same bad experience which I suffering.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. Everything was great. The rooms are really well maintained. The cleanliness is very well maintained. Basic toiletries are provide. Clean Bedsheets and Towels. There is ample space for cars to park inside the Hotel. 5 stars to that. 5 stars to that. The location is great. There are lots to eat nearby. Walkable and by car. Highly recommend to try Kurkure Momos if someone is a fan of momos. 5 starts to that. Let us come to service of the hotel - 3 stars to that. The staff is very unfriendly. They do not cooperate with the customers. We had some luggage to get to the rooms, no helpers came by. The receptionist (Male ones) were rude. Also, early in the morning, there were so much noise in the corridors.

Absolute gem! This being my first hotel booking in Siliguri, I was skeptical at first. I got a Rapido ride to this place easily at 8:00 pm, which explains the accessibility of this place. It's a bit far from the hubbub of the town. The check-in process was hassle-free with minimum questions asked. The receptionist was very courteous. The room was very clean. The linen was spotless, a very rare occurrence in budget hotels, and toiletries were provided. The TV, AC and everything else provided was functional. An electric kettle was provided along with necessary accoutrements for brewing some tea. The washroom was spot on too, a little compact but tidy. Their in-house restaurant is very good as well. I got myself a good dinner and a very scrumptious maggi for breakfast and that too at a very nominal price. The check-out process was just likewise. Overall, a thumbs up!

The room was not good! We booked a room for an overnight stay. It has some sort of insect nest on the head board and tiny insects on the bed! The hotel staff was not at all helpful in this matter! The major reason for us to select the hotel was the parking facility, But the parking space was not available as there was a function going on at the banquet hence we had to park the car away from the hotel! Which was a hassle when we reached after a 12 hour drive. There was power cut while we were there which delayed our plans on the next day as well.

What a bakwas hotel. reception pe pata nhi kon landau ko bitha rakha hai if a need just a room in emergency then only go else avoid such hotels food is normal but not that much good and rooms not that cleaned

Loved the hotel. If you are driving a car then it's the perfect spot as they have good and big parking with security. Location wise is a little far from the main city but rooms are very modern and clean. Just make sure you book a room with mid range price. I had booked a budget room, so it's a bit small but cozy as well. The bathroom is also a bit small, but overall, it stands the price. Pros. 1. Clean and modern look. 2. Good parking space. 3.value for price. Cons. 1.A bit far from main city. 2.small bathroom.

Provides Good service. Rooms are neat and clean and also have good banquet area.

Bad experience.. knocking door unnecessary, unknown person try to enter room many times,,if I unlock the room unknown person will sneak out in room ..bell ring in middle of the night..too noisy talk,shouth,loud cnt sleep and I order water of 4lither I received after haft and hour
