Roadside Inn

I stayed at this hotel while going to Darjeeling and returning from Sikkim. The rooms are very well furnished, the food is tasty. The service is also good.

I had a wonderful stay! Would recommend all travellers to come and visit.

Rooms are so dirty, unhygienic, bed sheet not clean, ac was not working, no facility available, bathrooms are so dirty, everything was dirty and broken. Don't believe in photos rooms are horrible please don't go.while i enter room bad smell comes out from bathroom from starting and i have asked to clean room staffs are not cooperative they don't clean room. Staffs are not good such a horrible place.I have given 1 star because there is no option to give 0. Stay in road but don't stay in this hotel.I was booked this hotel advance that's why my money was wasted. If i booked this hotel after check in the rooms i will surely never booked. This is my another email id which is not registered in this hotel.

Rooms were dirty and the beds had old sheets that had been slept in when we checked in. Staff said they would clean the rooms but just made the beds with the used and dirty sheets. Had to complain multiple times to get fresh sheets. Staff tried to hide that the bed was made with old sheets

The owner of the hotel was very helpful. Me being a rider had reached late at around 1 pm in the night but they did not hesitate to open the gate and even helped me with my luggage. Very nice place to visit . Good for travellers and riders .

Horrifying experience. Although the property was quite decent, but the staff were very grumpy. (Especially receptionist) First of all, they charged me more than actual booking amount. And just because I happen to check in prior 1 hr. They charged me extra amount for that as well. I have been travelling frequently these days, so I prefer staying at hotels.. honestly this has been the worst experience ever.. Secondly, The most pathetic part was when the receptionist did not let me leave the property until and unless he does not verify the room by himself along with his fellow staff. Common man, do I look like I theif. Most disgusting was that, I plunged some tea in the bedsheet and they were like, okay sir you can go.. It's just a tea. Yes man, it's just a tea drop, it's your responsibility for laundry.. not mine.. Seriously man, I felt like I was being mistreated.. Anyways, Never ever gonna go there again...

Owner biltu da is a very nice person. He helped us with his own car for dropping us for an early morning flight. Rooms are good. Staffs are friendly. Place is quiet. Overall a great experience.
