DARJEELING VIEW LODGE

Horrible.. Because Yesterday I went there to stay for 1 day as I have exam today, so I was studying and today morning I went to the exam hall. So in that hurry I put my earphone(apple) in the room, after the exam I called in that given number that I kept my earphone which is costly in that room so that they can search it and my brother will pick that from them.. But continuously they told me that he is not in the hotel and he'll tell his staff to search. But after that at 8:30 pm also 4th time I called him and he said the same. It is costly and the service are not good, but I thought for the humanity they at least help me to find my earphone, but I was wrong. In the name of business they lost humanity and they did this kind of act. So I'll not suggest anybody to select this kind of hotel, as they charged 1200 per day, but their service are sooo bad. They did not returned my apple earphone and I'll suggest that before select any hotel please check the review, and in future I'll not go in this hotel. Just worst experience ever..

I stay in this hotel for a night. Although the rooms and location was good but i find a serious problem with the owner. Although the staff were good. If you're planning to have good place to sleep this hotel is good but if you are seeking experience i don't suggest you this hotel at all. This is just my personal opinion and our opinion may crash somewhere.

Rooms are good... Check price on e-commerce sites rather than direct onsite booking. Food quality is compromised. No value for money spent. Room services need improvement.

Neat and clean Room with reasonable price, That's the most the most important thing for me...Very good behaviour of staffs also I visited this on july 2023. Will visit again

I would like to take the opportunity to thank the hotel Darjeeling view lodge management for providing a fabulous service during my stay. I was really impressed by the kind of service provided by hotel staff. It's once of the nicest place to stay if you are in or around siliguri,darjeeling. Most importantly it will fit into your budget as well. Rooms are spacious and cleaning service is above the mark. Highly recommend hotel for stay with family.

I stayed at Darjeeling View Lodge for 2 nights and it was everything you would want in a hotel. Understated luxury, warm hospitality, excellent location! We were upgraded when we arrived and they took care to learn our names even though we were only staying 2 nights. The room was super comfortable

Extremely bad behaviour of the owner. They do not provide any compliment non mineral drinking water which they never communicated.During billing the owner he started to scream, shout and also insulted us further forcing us to pay highly for normal non mineral drinking water. Would never recommend anyone to visit the hotel.

Staying in a hotel / lodge can also be said as choosing a place as a second home for a short interval and if that experience is good then you know you have found a good place for yourself and you will return to the same place in future as well. And for me it was really a really good exp with the hospitality and the customer service as well.
