Barsana Hotel & Resort

We had a pleasant stay for a day here. Its proximity to the airport makes it a very popular choice among the tourists going to different places from here. Mosquitoes need to be handled better. They are a nuisance. The rooms are decent, moderately clean and the hospitality is great. The restaurant is decent as well. A little pricey for 1 day stay but one of the best options for stay near airport.

Stayed at the hotel for a couple of days. Overall, the facilities were decent, but a few things could definitely be improved. The Wi-Fi was down for the entire duration of our stay, which was quite inconvenient, especially if you're relying on it for work or travel planning. The in-house Terracotta Restaurant offers a decent spread, but the food was just average considering the high prices. Service could also be better -- we had to call and wait even for something as basic as water. If you're looking for a simple stay and aren't too particular about connectivity or quick service, this place might work for you. But there's definitely room for improvement.

Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with everything exceeded my expectations.I will highly recommend because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff. Specially the Front Desk staff The C/In was smooth and such a welcoming faces in the Front Desk with a positive aura and beautiful smile.Ms.Shikha and her team went out of the way to help us with everything. Stayed for a night in the Junior Kong suite and we totally loved our stay. It is a gem of a place to stay. The staff is super friendly and responsive. They allowed for a later checkout without even raising a concern. Food is amazing with great options of both Vegetarian and Non vegetarian meals. Next time in Siliguri we will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel and resort named Barsana is very very good. The restaurant is very clean. Breakfast lunch and dinner is so delicious and served with hygiene. Staff is so helpful and accurate on time. Housekeeping is also done on time. Rooms are very neat and clean. Reception ares is large . Management is very good . All over experience is gorgeous and excellent

Hotel is located 10min drive from airport. We attended family function, hence not used much of any facilities. Rooms were average size and comfortable. Food was average and staff was polite and prompt. However, there was incident with one of the guests, they forgot two sets of cloths packed together and Hotel never informed the host. On enquiry, they return one set of clothing and informed they found only one. It reflects that the management was not serious about guest belongings.

Whoever is booking this hotel make note this is a VEG hotel, and if you choose to ask for non-veg food, you will have to go to the adjacent restaurant with a set non-veg menu. Which was nothing crazy resturant staff was ok not very cordial. They don't serve eggs for morning breakfast. Check with the staff is great, very helpful.. Approx 20/25 mins from the airport. They can or should add an airport drop or pick up with those prices they asking. Overall ok

Very nice hotel. Beautifully decorated with good maintenance. The staff are really very cooperative, polite and well mannered. The restaurant is also quite good. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. We stayed for a night while coming to pelling. Overall an excellent experience. Thanks. Keep it up.
