We stayed at this hotel for one night due to an early morning flight, and it was a fantastic experience. Opting for the breakfast and dinner package was a wise choice, as the location is somewhat remote, making dining out less convenient. The staff was exceptional--attentive, friendly, and accommodating, especially with our child's needs, preparing food without spices as requested. Every dish we ordered was freshly made and delicious. The hygiene was impeccable, meeting the high standards you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and we'd highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and quality.

Aurum is a stunning new destination, thoughtfully designed with weddings in mind. It is located next to North Bengal University in Gossainpur, Siliguri. From the moment you enter the premises, the ambience speaks of elegance and warmth. The rooms are spacious, tastefully appointed, and exude quiet luxury -- perfect for families and guests looking for both comfort and class. The large pool is another standout feature -- ideal for pre-wedding events. However, a key feature that most other places tend to overlook is adequate car parking. Similar venues in the city tend to use the sides of a public road for parking, inconveniencing both guests and other road users. Aurum, on its part, has a 200-car basement parking facility. The food, meanwhile, was absolutely delicious. It didn't have the excessive oil and masala usage that I've now grown to dislike. Aurum is more than just a hotel; it's a place where memories will be made. I couldn't be happier for my dear friends on this beautiful venture. If you're looking for a wedding venue in Siliguri that blends grace, hospitality and modern comforts -- look no further, for Aurum it is!

I'm visiting from Mumbai and I could not be happier with my decision to stay at Aurum. The property is new and gives an ultra luxurious feel. The rooms were well designed, cosy and comfortable. The staff is very hospitable and well trained. On touring the property I found that they also have an Olympic size swimming pool and two beautiful banquet halls that are perfect for weddings and business events. The best part is that it's located only a couple of minutes from the airport and offers some pretty good views of planes taking off. Last but not the least, the food was absolutely

Aurum by RJ Resort Hotel was awesome! The staff were super nice, the rooms were comfy and clean, and the location was perfect for sightseeing. Great stay for the price - I'd totally recommend it.
