Horrible experience. Rooms are small and dirty. Limited food options. Crabs are not readily available being in the seaside.

Great place to spend time with family and friends. We stayed for a couple of days and the view was awesome. Rooms and Swimming pool can be maintained better and more clean as it was not so great but overall resort park, play garden and food are plus here. Do not forget to book and visit on weekends as rooms will be mostly booked on weekends and also staff couldn't help much in getting it.

I have stayed with this property a couple years ago and it was a great experience . However, my stay there last week, was very disappointing due to the following reasons: 1. The damages faced by the property due to the storm in 2020 , has not been repaired and much of the property seems to be in ruins. 2. Being highly understaffed , the services are no where near expectations. 3. Only the swimming pool is functional and all other amenities are impaired. They are facing serious challenges even in providing basic services such as laundry. 4. Much of the staff are frustrated due to over-burdening by work and it shows in their behaviour while dealing with customers. 5. WiFi is unavailable, mobile internet connectivity is weak so would add to your pain. 6. The buffet / food menu options are super limited (only 4-5 dishes in the buffet menu) and the taste is not acceptable (you may end up filling yourself at the shacks on the beach). 7. No management in place - I don't recall having been introduced to the property manager , during my visit. Mine was a family visit of over 20 people and it was a very sad state of affairs at the property. Unfortunately, I do not have any good recollections from my stay. Being an older customer to this property , I was disheartened, especially by the way this property is being run now. I would be glad to update my review if things come back to how they were earlier , but until then I would seriously not recommend this property!!

An amazing place to spend the weekend. The resort is huge and has indoor games, swimming pool, and access to a private beach. The service was good and food was good too but the rooms were okay. It is a good place for kids also.. they have a lot of space to play and have fun.

Completely fraud management. Please don't use the number given here on the images because it is a complete scam. The guy picking up will dupe you of your money and the hotel management will act like they know nothing about it when they are in on it too.

Complete one stop destination adjacent to the sea beach. Most of the facilities are available for only the guests and not outsiders. Outsiders can pay a nominal amount and move around this resort. So far, the best resort in Mandarmoni. Obviously, it will cost you a good deal for all the luxury it provides.

Nothing is left.... Charms r gone... House keeping was terrible... Water Park was insect Park.... Toiletries were like u get in a chalu hotel... Resort was deserted.. Did a blunder by making the reservations... Staffs r still good except the house keeping one.. Wonder what the owner is up to.. I think he or she has passed away otherwise no one can see their castles in ruin...

Enjoyable place but 1. Road conditions are not good, 2. Approach road is very much narrow and not motrable. 3 .Seabeach is broken and not well maintained. 4. Installed wirerope way trolly not working. 5. Resort is poorly maintained. 6. There is power cut every day 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening.
