Rooms are very big and beautiful.. cozy ambiance.. swimming pool was neat and clean nd so good for sound nd Lighting. They have to improve their some food quality like I ordered their Chinese items fried rice chilli chicken, nd Indian items mutton kasha, chicken bharta and as per prices taste was not upto the mark. But i must say bengali items like chicken curry nd katla kalia nd many more fish items veg items was tasty. Nd mostly this is a pet friendly resort my pet was enjoying very much in there property.. As per price this resort nd service was very nice

Our experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. They misled us by showcasing one category of rooms and then providing downgraded, unhygienic ones. We had booked for a group of 20 people, but the hotel failed to deliver on almost every commitment made at the time of booking. The staff and manager were quite ill-mannered and lacked basic hospitality skills. To make matters worse, there was no assistance provided for carrying our luggage. Would not recommend this place based on our experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful & pool area is wonderful. We enjoyed our stay.

Very Bad behaviour After taking booking send us other resort.which is very dirty. When ask them? Manager of sagar bristi (Sahadeb) said us"they could not do about this". They all shameless people.

The resort is just flawless..... the pricing is very reasonable then the foods are too good to explain and the staffs of there are very gentle polite and co-operative I highly recommend this resort
