Churni Resort

Nice cozy place good food and staff behavior . Only they should work on improving their tiffin item. Lunch dinner and breakfast fast was very good. Room was also nice so big bathroom that they can put bathtub there also if they want. There is no tv in room that is very good as per my preference as I don't like to watch tv rather spent time with my family in tour. Large green field and children play items is another thing we likedI liked the place and would definitely want to go again with extended family and friends.

A beautiful place on the bank of river Churni to spend your weekend with family and friends. Rooms are clean and specious. Very polite and friendly staffs. Owner is also very polite and cooperative. Huge parking area. Lots of open places and playing options for kids. Food quality and taste is also Good. Calm and quiet ambience, where you will love spend your week end. Just out side the resort premises, you will find more than 250 years old Shiva temple, which was constructed on 1754 by Raja Krishnachandra. The temple is dedicated to lord Shiva and has the the second largest Shiva Linga ( 9 ft) in Asia.

One of the worst resort and hospitality in my recent memories. They don't know how to behave with guests. They don't have their own kitchen. Managing foods from pice hotel where they are getting profits only mentality. Even when one chair has been broken as they have been given us disputes chair on the canteen (plastic chair), we have been injured due to that. Though they charged Rs.500 for the chair. Can u imagine it? They don't have any courses that our team has been injured. Overall it's a horrible experience. Don't recommend it at all for friends group or family.

It is a good place for picnic with family and friends... One doesn't has to bring anything from home for picnic purposes... But the amount they charge for all arrangements and the way they serve is not worth it... And they do not entertain other people who doesn't have any booking....

Wonderful experience, extremely courteous and polite staff. Very peaceful place. Rooms are well maintained. Food was simply awesome and delicious - I bet anyone staying here will get over eaten

Never had such a bad experience earlier from any other resort. They dont know how to entertain the guest. Let me brief on their trap it could help others. Room charge is 3500 for 4 bed room. Very bad and un-tidy bathroom, without any television in the room. Beside that room rate they also charged 700 rupees per head for food cost. Very normal and basic foods and We got to know the same food has been delivered to outsider at 400 rupees. We have informed the same to owner , after many request he agreed to less 25 rupees. And we just asked him explain what for he is charging such rate. He replied "It is their rate" . After some arguments he was angry and told us he could not give us 25 rupees discount also. However, eventually we paid full amount and checked out from room in early morning. Google has not give option to post review without rating, otherwise resort is not deserve to get one ratting also.

Moreover you were not present during the altercation. How do you know that we abused them and what do you know about how they insulted my father before that stating that they have booked the place for 3 days and have right to do anything and we should restrict our movement to the area of our cottage. Such a hostile mob was there. If marriage party booking was on next day, why was it written on your main gate for 3 days and from where was the loud music coming from and who were those people. I agree if they had booking for marriage they can play music but we also had booked the place to enjoy the nature and ambience. We did not expect such nuisance. Please don't comment on a situation where you were not present. We did not escape, we went away after traveling for 5 hours to reach there so that our holidays are not spoilt. It would be appreciated if you share such information with your guests prior to the date of booking. Ambience etc are different things. We also booked seeing the pictures of your place and never told that the place is not same as the pictures. The issue is totally different.
