Mount Embassy Hotel, Siliguri

Location is good. Rooms & amenities are not value for money. Bad smell from the washroom at room no. 301. (Suite room) Room service is the worst thing in this hotel. Intercom not working. They don't pick up the call on mobile also. Not recommended.

Avoid staying in this hotel unless absolutely necessary. Problems listed below. 1. No water since last 1 hr, people are stuck in washroom. 2. Lift sometime doesn't work. 3. Rooms are old. 4. Primary phone number given in google doesnt work. Have to go to their site to get secondary number.

Great staffs and environment especially trishlal and wangyel .they were very friendly however the room standard was not up to our expectations as it's costly.. And one thing, need to upgrade about reservations as it's very hard for us coming from afar and not getting any contact which is time consuming..but overall experience was nice.. Thank you for ur service....

The stay was pleasant. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Cleanliness and hygiene is very important, which was seen there. Staffs are polite and helpful.Location is good and near to the markets.Cab facility is also available which made our tour very easy.

I stayed at mount embassy for i guess 7-8 days and my stay was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and polite specially Trishna and Wangel. They helped us and made sure we had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I had a very bad experience working as a employee at Mount embassy |Other Mount branches are very well maintained some branches like in Darjeeling and Gangtok are very much premium highly Reputed||But coming to Embassy most of the staff are totally Uncooperative as a being fresher some staff will totally harassed you . Whatever the error happens They'll always tried to blame on the fresher tried keep them in a safe side|they have also threatened me to physical abuse|||Apart from that Crockery charges |Including gst = Rs 290|Was very much common to provoke guest |As we were instructed by unit manager||The guest had always complain in concern with their room expectation don't not meet the standard in reality which is displayed in the web site||Laundry doesn't clean hotel clothes properly|Water that is filled in the room is filled by wash room water||Apperance of mice was very much common at night at front desk||Embassy staff have no bed in accommodation & uncooperative Room mates |embassy gives to the staff only 25 for breakfast not even a black tea is provided during work time|||Dinner & lunch is also another issue as there is only one staff to bring staff meal from another branch Mount (Amara) |If is some days he goes off Or is case he is not available then no any other staff is willing to go bring Food. ||Unit manager totally ignores or he's completely silent if there is any error done by senior staff ||In short it perfectly fits to recognize Embassy staff as gangsters||Acknowledge the same |#Dipesh|#Saurav|#Wangel

The location is great, and the staff's service was decent. However, the cleanliness of the room was a major issue. When I dropped my phone and checked under the bed there was dust and cobwebs everywhere. The bathroom ceiling also looked like it could collapse at any moment. I had high expectations, but the dirty walls and inaccurate room description made the stay disappointing.

The room was in perfect condition. Got great assistance from Mr. Dipesh, the manager. Not only him all staff behaviour was very cordial. Looking forward to stay again. |The hotel is situated at a prime location in Siliguri which gives the scope to go for shopping as well.
