S2 Hotel & Resort (Tour Operator)

Location is good , Rooms are ok but hot water service for bath is not good.

Good ambience and quite peaceful environment and spacious rooms at budget cost.

Good location, hotel has its own ferry ghat from where the tourists can easily reach to the hotel. Rooms are decent, need to improve the quality of linens. Dining place was amazing, whole compound is filled with lush greenery. There was no one to carry the luggages to the room from reception.

The rooms at this hotel were very bad. Rooms were smelly old. Bathroom were not clean. Bedsheets were not clean at all. Price was also too high. They asked us to pay 1600 rupees per night for double bed room but a nearby hotel with clean room and clean bathroom changed 600 rupees per night.

We were a group of 34 persons checked into the hotel after pripr intimation more than a month. Still toiletries are not kept in the rooms and one had to literally request for everything. Towels and pillow covers are not clean. ACs do not work many of the rooms. Toilet seat broken in one or two rooms. No hot water available because central heating system conked off. Courteous staff but unable to resolve issues. It is recommended to avoid the hotel.

We are staying here for 3 nights and I already wish that it ends soon. Rooms are not in good shape. Every room has some problem or the other. Thankfully, there are boat rides from morning till evening everyday. It helps in reducing the pain. I am told that it used to be a great hotel earlier. I wish they improve soon enough.

Nice to stay for 1 to 2 days. Located at the bank of Vidyadhari river. They have their own jetty. They can arrange Sunderban tour as per your requirement. One can buy pure forest honey at this area. I have purchased Rs. 500.00 per kg.

The rooms are quite good and the service is also good. This hotel is nearest to the main channel of the river. The staff is also good. Rooms are fully air-conditioned but sometimes the air conditioner doesn't work properly. Other than this, it is a good hotel to spend your vacation in.
