Zara Homestay Santiniketan (Near Viswa Bharati)

Memorable Stay at Zara HomeStay, Shantiniketan Our recent trip to Shantiniketan with my family and my sister's family was made even more enjoyable by our stay at Zara HomeStay. We had booked two air-conditioned rooms (Room Nos. 123 and 125), and we were very pleased with our experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and came with attached balconies, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. We also ordered food during our stay, which was freshly prepared and tasted delicious. What stood out to us the most was the warm hospitality. Even after our check-out, the staff kindly took care of our luggage until we were ready to leave, which we greatly appreciated. A special thanks to the lady staff member, whose polite and courteous behavior truly added to our positive experience. Overall, Zara Home Stay is a great choice for anyone visiting ShantiNiketan. Highly recommended!

I recently went to Shantiniketan with my family and stayed at Zara HomeStay. The rooms are clean and spacious, AC & non-AC both options are available, we also ordered food which is freshly made and tasted also good, the service was worth appreciation... They took care of our luggage even after our check-out and we collected them once we were just about to return. There's even an attached balcony, which is like cherry on top. They even can arrange for Toto services if you need one to roam around in the place. Special thanks to our Toto Dada (Dipak)... He's really very polite and covered all the major spots just as we wanted, even explained some relevant facts to us just like a tour guide. A nice experience overall !!

Zara homestay is one of the best homestay in shantiniketan. Me and my mother are fully satisfied with their hospitality. The location of the homestay is peaceful and beautiful. And there 105 number room balcony is so beautiful for the flower tree. Their staff behavior and food quality are delicious and amazing. Their room and washroom also clean an fine.My experience in staying at Zara Homestay shantiniketan is really enjoyable and joyful.

The food was very nice and really excellent . Overall, for those looking for a reasonably priced stay, I would recommend this homestay. Just a few improvements in cleanliness would make it even better! for example i.e. intercom facility and electric catle for every room.

Overall rating 4 : I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff's behavior was good--very helpful and friendly. the Toto service guy (Samaresh Saha ) provided by Hotel was exceptionally good. The food was okay .However, I would suggest keeping the rooms a bit cleaner, particularly the pillow covers, bedsheet , Also, providing toiletries would be a nice touch for guests. Overall, for those looking for a reasonably priced stay, I would recommend this hotel. Just a few improvements in cleanliness would make it even better!

Location is very near to Viswa Bharati university and hotel staff was very courteous and supportive. Food was very hygienic and tasty pocket friendly. Room had all the basic amenities and value for money

Had one night stay in this homestay. The location is near to the Vishwabharati Campus and all the major places to visit in Shantiniketan. If you have your own vehicle, the commute won't be a problem or you can ask the homestay guys to help you get an e-rickshaw. The rooms are spacious and quite decent. The dining space is well maintained and hygienic. The food quality was really good. You need to inform them in advance the previous day or night respectively for lunch and dinner. Since it's a homestay, it doesn't have a lift. Which won't be an issue if you communicate with the homestay owners early enough to provide rooms for the elderly in the ground floor. A very decent homestay tbh.

I must say, I had a decent stay in this homestay during my last Shantiniketan visit. Check in and check out experience was very smooth. I booked through online. Overall good place to stay. This place is recommend for travellers.
