Beautiful ambience, polite and attentive staff, amazing hospitality, clean and aesthetic rooms and delectable cuisine. The swimming pool added to the memorable experience. Enjoyed a comfortable and very relaxing stay at this resort. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating short trip. I completely forgot to mention the wonderful host :)

What a beautiful decent services. Every one has their good gesture to present services. Every stuffs are so well trained, receptionist to pool service guy and night gurd are so presentable. Exceptionally Brilliant Hospitality of the Staff! A quick heads up on why I am more than pleased and happy is that I, along with my family, dropped in at quite an odd hour at around 11:30 at night, right after their restaurant has closed down, just for few cups of coffee. But these people are so welcoming that they not only decided to re-open the restaurant for us at midnight and served us hot coffee at night, but also some amazing hot french fries for the kids. We had a lovely family time and what else could be better than some hot coffee and french fries in a winter night! The warm hospitality of the staff is the highlight! It made us so so so very happy! I 100% recommend this place as they are all their to welcome you with open arms! Such a warm place!!

Yesterday we had dinner in this resort. 3 out of 5 people had stomach ache at night. We realized the food was not served fresh. Chicken was bit older. This is very pathetic.

The place is very nice and luxurious. Ambience is good. Nature friendly and full of space. Food quality and quantity is okay according to the price.

The food and service was worst I have ever faced. The food was not at all up to the mark, according to their price. They don't even listen what I am asking for. Overall not worthy for money. The size of the fishes or meats are too small according to the prices..

The rooms are equipped with modern amenities and advanced technologies, including a clean washroom with a contemporary bathing system, free Wi-Fi, a smart fan, smart TV, and a mini fridge. The staffs are extremely courteous, and the food quality is excellent. The kitchen staffs are especially helpful and attentive. However, immediate attention is needed: the cushion covers on all the outdoor chairs are heavily stained and dirty. Additionally, some rooms have a slightly unpleasant and shabby odor, which could be addressed with proper deodorising methods. Additionally, the breakfast menu buffet should offer a little bit more options as compared to the amount taken as tariff per night in Dec.
