1.All staff very good. 2. Room are clean. 3. House kipping service is good. 4. Location is good but back side of shantiniketan and Sonajhuri Haat . 5. Shantiniketan to hotel apx 1.5 km Sonajhuri Haat to hotel apx 2.5 km. 6. Parking and drive Room both are available. 7 food quality is very bad. Not available thali. No fish. Only eag and chicken. Very low quality food.

Everything is top notch here, the food is even better than most of the hyped restaurants of Shantiniketan, behavior of stuffs and manager are extremely good. Everything is aesthetic, well maintained and economic. Truly happy !

This hotel not to good their own service. The service operation management not done to their work and responsibilities properly.This Hotel Employees behaviour is not good.

It's a great experience to be honest. All services are great. Staffs are so polite and cooperative. It is highly recommended. Rooms, washrooms are so clean and tidy. The lobby is also very much clean. Only one request (suggestion), starter items are not available, so please kindly work on them! Otherwise it is a great great experience!

We stayed at ac deluxe room but got the feeling of super se bhi upar deluxe feeling. The room is well maintained, I visited with my friend. The foods are very tasty specially chiken kosha and chicken pokora must try item. Overall I will give 100/10 for their service. I will suggest all my friends and family to stay here. Will surely stay here in future.
