Panchobon Art Resort

Very good resort with a great ambience. They also have great rooms which are also clean and the whole property gives a sense of serenity. The property has many places which can be explored and the food is to die for. The pieces of artwork in the rooms make the stay more special

Service was good. But room maintenance was not okay. We had problem as there was too much mosquito in roo. we had great expectation from their great review and also as we pay good amount for each room but we have been not satisfied with their room maintenance. I want to advise to Panchobon Art Resort to improve their maintenance. Food portion was good and their staff were also good. I booked 2 rooms but one had no window, I felt suffocation. I want to rate this resort 3 out of 5 . I think this resort will be great option if they improve these things.

Nice ambience... artistic... staff behavior very good... cooperative... but maintenance of the rooms was not up to the mark... got problems for mosquitoes, sleep was disturbed... food was overpriced & limited options... food & maintenance need to be addressed carefully

This is a very nice and beautiful resort... This is one of the places where the art is still alive. They arrange a theatre show in every Saturday evening. It is a great initiative of them. Thank you for giving us the opportunity. We are eagerly waiting for our invitation.

I recently stayed at Punchobon Art & Resort The resort is excellent, with great rooms and delicious food--no need to eat outside. The staff was very polite, especially Krishna, who was extremely kind and helpful. However, the lady manager was rude and unwelcoming, which spoiled the experience. Everything else was great, but because of her, I wouldn't prefer to stay here again.

The resort was perfect... You will get all the touch of nature over there... The ambience is perfect to keep your mind calm.. and the artistic vibe of there resort is extraordinary... Also they arrange drama on every Saturday evening .. But a small drawback is their food price is a bit high and they can work on the food taste it was okay but it could be better

We recently stayed at Panchabon art resort and was extremely disappointed with the behavior of the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were met with rudeness and a lack of professionalism. The front desk staff seemed uninterested in helping us and were dismissive of our concerns. During our stay, we encountered several issues, including unclean rooms and unavailability of spaces within the resort for normal usage. We wanted food to be served in the rooms but the managers forced us to have food within 10.30 PM inside the restaurant, citing example of hotel policy. Upon several requests, they didn't serve the food in the rooms. The managers were arrogant, abusive and almost threatened us that if we don't follow their policy, we are outsiders and they know what to do with us. It was clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority for them. Overall, our experience at this resort was far from enjoyable. I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. There are plenty of other options out there that value their guests and provide better service.

The ambience of the resort is very nice. It is a pet friendly resort. However the following suggestions are given- 1. Food quality should be improved as per the price 2. Installation or repairing the Aquaguard 3. Service should be better
