SPOT ON 65835 Porama Hotel And Lodge

The room service, behavior with the customers and the owner of the hotel everything is very much poor. Rooms are filled with rats, don't even clean the windows. They treats with customers with bad words not in very social languages. Prices are totally not according to the infrastructures. Will suggest you not to spend a single penny on this.. Waste of money

The owner showered loads of love by getting us rooms filled with rats and very dirty rooms.Initially we were told to have 4 person bed room but later we got only single 2person bed where we hardly got a good one night's sleep. We were also forced to give tips after providing a service as good like this.

Worst experience. The behaviour of the the stuff was terrible . The rooms were dirty and filled with rats and lizards . The mattresses and the pillows were not clean. Staying in that hotel was a nightmare. I will suggest everyone not to spend a penny for that hotel.

Never book this hotel. They loot customers. Hotel is very dirty and unhygenic. In morning, gobor smell is coming in rooms.

At the time of checkout, the owner was snatching my bag for no reason. Pathetic behavior from the owner and other staffs of this hotel.

Very poor service and extremely harsh behaviour, rats were there in the rooms and we were forced to give tips.
