If someone asks me about my worst hotel experience ever, I wouldn't have had a perfect answer--until now. This property fills that gap. The rooms were filled with premium-level dirt, and the toilet was on another level of filth. To top it off, they charged 1000, but the bill stated 900. When I asked about the discrepancy, the manager admitted their salaries were low, so they found this way to make some extra money.

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The room was filthy, and the washroom was even worse--absolutely disgusting. To make matters worse, the staff charged 1000 but only gave a bill for 900, claiming it was their way to make extra money due to low salaries. Completely unacceptable!

Very dirty hotel room, hotel rent is high but very low quality, dirty dust everywhere dirty room, hotel staff do not clean the room. Individual service is not good here sometimes loadshedding happens in the hotel

The rooms are normally good. The only highlighting thing is the view - of the River and the Mandir from the same room. But that also differs with the floor and chosen room. There is no such thing as room service here. Toilets are normally in good condition (again that can varry with chosen room). The hotel is located in a crowdy area. Note: Reviewed for a room rented in the new building.

Rooms are not clean, bad smell, unclean bathroom, no room service are available, staff behaviour is very bad... totally disappointment.

No room service, unclean bathroom, they even not change used bedsheets and pillow covers. Totally worst experience. They don't give any room service but they want tip.

Most 3rd class rooms, No light, very bad smell. Please avoid this and find another guest house. You will get far better than this. JUST AVOID.
