Hotel Labannya

I am feeling terrible to share one of the worst experiences about a restaurant which was one of my favourites. Today my family visited this restaurant for dinner. After having dinner I didn't have cash so I have put 20 Rs in the cash book. Unfortunately my brother and father both left so that I could ask for money from them. I was alone with my mother. Initially the waiters were discussing to return that small amount of money and later when we were leaving that waiter pointed at me and said to the cleaning stuff that they tipped you like a begger. I went to the front desk to complain about it. They assured and apologized as well for that waiter's behaviour. But I had to write it so that it doesn't happen to someone else and please don't tip them if you can't tip them as much as they want to avoid such situations. I have almost visited this restaurant every week since Covid. Everyone knew me, even I mentioned Hotel Nabanna's service on multiple forums on FB. Today I visited this restaurant after it changed the name to Labannya.

Food quality is really nice and the hospitality is quite impressive..

Now Hotel Nabanna is changed to Hotel Labannya. Only name change rest like , Food quality, service, management remains same .

The food was excellent Staff behavior was okey

Quality is Normal...all foods variety..but food rate is very high...

well maintained , food is mediocre honestly, excessive price
