Not deserving a single star. Rooms are not maintained, bed and blanket badly smailled, lots of mosquito and cockroaches inside the room. Receptionist behaviour is too rude and all hotel staffs are very unprofessional.

I recently visited this banquet hall and was impressed by the level of service I received. The hall was spacious and well-lit with a small garden area that added to the ambiance. The hall was clean and well-maintained. I was also pleased with the fair pricing for the services provided. The hall was equipped with air conditioning and had ample parking space available. Overall, I would recommend this banquet hall to anyone looking for a fair experience.

Very old and popular hotel adjoining a bar in this area... receptionist behaviour is too unprofessional... they need advance money for each service provides... But stated three days ... they ask for advance amount daily... they can't wait till check out... very rude... owner should took into this... bathroom fittings, room dustbin condition too poor... food are highly priced but tasty

I've never seen a worse hotel than this. Bedcover pillow cover and others they are not change perday basis. also room have bad smells with so many mosquito and small cockroachs are there Here also Resturent available. Room cleaning with room food service is so bad. Unprofessional culture and also they are not seevice all items of food in listed also price is so high.

Roadside location with more than good amenities available. Separate parking place exist for two wheeler and four wheeler. Large program space. Room quality is very good. Availability of petrol pump just beside the boundary wall and FL Off shop in the ground floor welcomes every visitor. Cinema hall (available in BookMyShow) and Reliance Trend within 100 meter radius. Raniganj Rajbari (palace) and multiple small road-side restaurant covers everyone's need. This place is very near to Punjabi more National Highway and railway station is within 1 kilometer.

Rooms are clean and spacious.. Service average.. Food average.. Location wise hotel is situated near to shyam mandir, shopping mall and cinema hall.

This hotel has improved a lot over the years. Around a decade ago the rooms were shabby, ill-maintained. Now the beds are clean, bathrooms have been modernized. This hotel can now be recommended as a value for money option. Right on the main road, this has great location, easy accessibility. It has a good parking space. Biggest drawback is this hotel lacks a lift.
