Hotel Tara

Even if you are a married couple you cannot stay safe in this hotel. ||I have to share a very bad experience which happened with us in this hotel during our stay.||My uncle and anti were talking in the terrace and discussing personal matters, during which 4-5 people of hotel staff raided them as if they were some unmarried couple. Due to which a fight started between us and hotel, and also a internal family conflict started as we were afraid about our stay as we were not from the locality and we were afraid of the local people. The staff of the hotel acted like hooligans and came upon us as if we were wrong and a married couple who was just chatting in terrace was wrong and out of law and order. ||I suggest people who want to book a stay in this hotel. Please avoid this property as the stay does not know how to behave with customers and not at all know how to treat a regular customer who always chooses to stay whenever they visit that Tarapith.

Nice clean hotel. Decent car parking area. No hidden charges is put up during the bill presentation. Moderately priced food, though food could be made more tasty. Friendly and helpful staffs.The front balcony is nice addition to the rooms to sit and enjoy the evening. AC works well, even during very hot summer days. Located at walking distance from the main temple.

Extremely poor customer experience. During the booking process itself they were extremely poor in communicating us the right thing. Having got to know on the call from them about the time we could check in was completely different from the time they conveyed us when we reached there. Bad quality customer service. First they promise something and just don't fulfill it. Miserable. Not recommended.

One of the best Hotel to stay when u r in Tarapith. It is only around 500 metres from the temple. They have their own parking which can hold around 15 cars. It is a 5 storey building. Rooms are very good and the service they provide is great. Staffs are very friendly. The view from the balcony is awesome. When u r here just ask for the road facing room. Restuarant has a diverse menu and they prepare food in no time. Food is also very cheap and of good quality. Rooms are also cheap as compared to the other hotels around. All in all a peaceful place to stay

Its a good property located in central location, from where one can easily reach to the temple by just 5 min. walk. It has own restaurant, but we didn't have food. They provided good clean, airy, reasonably priced room with city view. Best for short stays.

Overall experience worthless.. 1) AC Deluxe Room bathroom condition is very bad. Taps are leak. 2) Lunch food was diaster. How can a 'fish kalia' be sweet. Kashmiri aloor dum is meant to be sweet and slightly whitish color but it is blood red color. 3)Entrance of the restaurant is very nasty and slippery floor. 4) After complaining also they didn't even bother to rectify and took a huge price overall not even giving a discount as a compensation. If anyone comes,kindly check before check in. This is not acceptable from larica group of holidays.

It was a great stay at Tara Maa Residency. The penta bedded room was a good opportunity for all to stay together and enjoy the time. The service was awesome. They have adequate parking and are located on the main road. The temple is close by too. Would recommend it to all.
