Hotel Mamata's

The experience at this place was extremely disappointing. The rooms were filthy, with old, torn towels and dirty linen. The staff was arrogant and unhelpful, adding to the unpleasant stay. The food was unhygienic, and the beds were unbearably hard, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The pillows had a terrible odor, and to make matters worse, they would switch off the AC, fan, and lights at night, making the stay even more uncomfortable. I strongly recommend staying away from this place--avoid it at all costs!

Rooms are very neat and clean with the facilities of AC, guiser, TV, several plug points, mosquito repellent etc at a very moderate rate.... cordial room service & best location near Siliguri More

Hotel Is at the main road , service is very nice, behaviour of every workers are polite,their food quality was also tasty,room was also nice but they have check for the bathrooms once

It's a typical hotel located in accessible from both bus and rail station. Staff behavior is very good. Rooms are clean but cozy. Food is home style. One or two days OK.

As far as my experience this is good hotel in cheap price, the most important is the location, middle of the market, good staff and food is also good. And marriage ceremony, birthday party organized here...

Good for location, service & rooms are nice

Don't book this hotels rooms are dirty not clean also bed +blanket towels & floor are like so dirty I booked through Make my trip AC delux 1400/- when I complained to manager to change my room they are said that no room available right now we are can't provide you & arguing I'm really dispoined Hotel North East 700/- room are much clean safe rather then this.... Don't waste your money.
