Hotel INDRAPRASTHA (Dey's)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Indraprasta (Dey') in Raiganj during my wedding, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I stayed in one of their suite rooms, which was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy the stay. The room was well-equipped with a TV, a balcony, and ample space, making it perfect for a long stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure all our needs were met, from offering assistance with luggage to providing any additional services we required. A standout feature of the hotel is the parking space, which is very convenient, especially if you're traveling by car. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right on the NS road, which is the main area of Raiganj. This made it easy to access key attractions, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Indraprasta Hotel (Dey's) to anyone visiting Raiganj. Whether for a special occasion or just a relaxing getaway, this hotel offers great value and a comfortable experience.

I have stayed here multiple times and with family, I had no issues whatsoever, there is a good food service above in the same building and you can order food by room phone, I have charged my electric car also

The rooms are well-maintained and clean, situated in an excellent location in Raiganj city, near Siliguri More, with convenient access to the railway station. The room service is efficient, and there are no additional charges for early check-in. The staff members are courteous and professional in their behavior.

Really disgusting hotel. Every staff is drunk and mis behaved. Also there is no separate area for smoking. Other guest smoke in the gallery and due to this smoke came into the room which smells very bad. No one here is listening our complaint. They didn't need guest feedback as they behave very arogantly.

Extremely pathetic service. I will rather stayed on road but not here. Manager is understanding guest need. Staff misbehaving but manager still taking side of staff. No room service. After regular complaint staff came and told me rudely that you didn't open the door but he lied.
