Worst experience....untidy and shabby rooms, uncooperative staffs and even there's no food service.....Big NO

Worst place you can imagine.untidy rooms, non co-operative staffs,even there's no food service.

The worst experience I ever had with a hotel. First the will tell you some amount for a AC/Non AC room and when you put all your stuff/luggage in the room, then they will tell you some higher amount. Total harrasment of the customer. very bad behaviour and in the night usually the staffs are drunk so they dont know what they are actually saying.

Worst experience of my lifetime, it's a shame for Hotel to Charge AC rates for Non AC room just for using geysers, The Manager in Reception is having a wild behaviour not at all emphatic to the guest. I recommend not to stay here, you will spoil your own mood.

Dear respected castomar, It has bad quality room, room service and their behaviour are so worse even their cook a biggest drinker Please do not come to this hotel, you should be taken other hote in this area. This is my request to all respectable castomar please do not come

Very Bad experience.. receptionist had a very rough behaviour.. the receptionist did not allow my wife to book our room.. when questioned he tried to explain only male members are allowed to do the booking. What a rubbish thought!! Rooms are also not clean. Though the location is good but the owner should appoint efficient staffs and not keep such misogynist managers.

Worst Experience Ever. Though the location is good but the behaviour of the owner and staff is very very rude. They don't even take any booking if the person is female. The owner told me that your husband has to do the booking.. the person specifically told me that you cannot do any booking since you are a female..ask your husband to fill the details. This is so unacceptable!! As it was very late so we had to stay there. The room was dirty as well.

Very bad hotel... Especially the manager. When you call them for the booking, they will just say yes yes in everything... And once you go for the check in the manager will ask you for huge lumps of money.. and will say "aab aap aa gye hain itna travel kr k kaha jaynge toh jitna maang rhe dijiye ni toh wapas chale jaiye". Manager just harasses each and every guest by doing so. Manager is just illiterate person. Don't have manners at all. Doesn't even the meaning of guests and the hospitality... my suggestion to everyone "don't ever try to book this hotel and if you don't trust you can just call them for booking and go for check in" you will relise.
