HOTEL AMBIKA GRAND, Raiganj

The location is good. Just opposite Raiganj railway station. Housekeeping services are not there. We didn't try food. They should arrange a drinking water facility on all the floors. And that electric coffee maker needed urgent cleaning.

Staying at Hotel Ambika Grand was an absolute waste of time and money. The room was filthy, with dirty linen, torn pillow covers, and a TV that didn't even work. They falsely advertise a complimentary breakfast -- there was none available. Even a basic cup of tea is not served before 9:00 AM, which is ridiculous for any hotel. If you need to check out early, forget about it. The reception is completely unmanned before 9:30 AM, and you're expected to handle checkout formalities a day in advance. The entire experience was extremely poor -- unprofessional, unhygienic, and frustrating. This is a hotel to absolutely avoid.

I stayed at this hotel from 10th December to 12th December, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. This was my first visit, and I was extremely disappointed with the poor management. Despite booking a super deluxe room, the top category, I was given a used, unhygienic room. Even after reporting the issue, the staff failed to address my concerns or fulfill my requirements. This experience was highly disappointing and not what I expected.

Extremely dirty all over, bathrooms are stinking , bedsheets are so dirty that we hadn't slept properly.

3rd class room and service received by me. I have booked premium room, but room received by me was a very low class room. Spiders were available in the room. Smoking smell was in the room. Overall room was not clean. TV was working with only free channels. Electric tea jug cover with fungus. Toilet was also darty. I reached hotel 10 minutes earlier than the check in time. Staff demand Rs.1000/- for early check in by 10 minutes. I will never stay in the hotel for future. And suggest others not to visit the property. Photo attached.

Check in price and check out price don't same hare buy a room including GST but check out time Changing booking price I felt very bad about this, why didn't this happen there before?

Hotel Ambika is situated just opposite Raiganj railway station exit from Platform no 1. The atmosphere is well and good. Food quality is well and good.

New hotel in raiganj, just beside raiganj superspeciality nursing home, opposite railway station.locationwise very good.all the shops are within walkable distance.restaurant is also available.food was okay.meeting rooms are available.ambiance is quite good.
