Rooms are big but filthy, lacks basic amenities, although guesser is there but it is kept off. Quality of food is also below average and over priced. Dining room smells bad. Most importantly the behavior of the hotel stuffs are pathetic, especially the person in charge. He desperately needs training to be in hotel industry. Only positive thing is location.

I am writing this while I can still hear my stomach rumbling due to loose motions.. this hotel has pathetic food.. it charged 180 for chicken biriyani, 160 for egg biriyani.. but the rice was horrible as it had this cheap orange colour, the rice was probably the 2rupees per kg ration rice (horrible in quality and taste), the potato in the biriyani was the small potatoes one uses for dum aloo .. infact I'm so sure they just gave us aloo from the dum aloo dish only.. the chicken, the egg .. everything was terrible. They charge you for ac room but our ac wasn't even working.Room charge was 1600 but you get a big 0. Thanks to them, I have one of the worst loose motions of my life. All in all, a horrible experience..think twice before staying here please.

Rooms are good. Quality of food is also good but over priced.. But the behavior of the hotel stuffs are pathetic. Room service is pathetic. You have to ask several times to get the bed sheets change on daily basis. In my case they have not changed the bed sheet in 5days after repeated request. Online booking is also an issue. You have to pay more at the hotel if you have done an online booking. Pros are nice location and rooms are spacious. If they can improve the room service they realy deserve a better rating.

I have booked this hotel online for 21/04/2024 and checked in at around 11pm with my wife and one year old baby. This hotel staff refuse to consider my booking and offer me to provide room directly with double charge for the same room. I have no option but to accept his condition as it was almost a midnight and this is a new place for me. some kindly of fraud is going on in this hotel. I request everyone not to consider this hotel.

Very rude staff they always find a reason to ruin your day. Rusty mirrors, dim lights, very compact washroom, the paints are peeling, the room and bathroom lock are too tight, you can't change the AC temperature from the remote they fix it at 26 from their end and they won't lower it despite multiple requests. Room service is pathetic, requested for it twice but didn't clean the ash tray I'm a non-smoker it had cigarettes in it my entire stay. If you check in even an hour before 10 am you'll have to pay for a day extra and they'll note in their register as 10 am of the previous day though you came at 9 am today . With all this harassment, they charge 1500 for a day that also in Raghunathganj . I would never recommend anyone to stay there even if they give the room and food at Re. 1. Save yourself from unnecessary torture.

I came here for work and stayed at this lodge. The behaviour of the owner is very very rude, he is not willing to reason with anyone or anything if you try to explain things to him. He will take offense at every little thing. If you sprinkle a little English he will take even MORE offense. The menu does not have the accurate rates for food items making it very difficult to know what item costs what. And if you tell them about it they will not oblige and think they are right. The rooms are very small and the bathrooms have a foul smell no matter when they clean it (they never do or when you ask, the people never come). The only person who is fine here is someone named Raju. Limit all your conversations with the staff and leave the place as soon as you can. The only good thing is that the place is the only decent lodging in the entire area. It is also in close proximity to many pharmaceutical stores, eateries and clothing departments.

One of the good experience we had in this hotel .. Everybody is good and professional.. Rooms are good Food quality also good
