Third class room service, support staff mostly Receptionist is Very arrogant and very rood , very bad behaviour theirs no basic facilities such as water you need to buy , outside foods are not allowed here

The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the experience more pleasant. However, the facilities could use some upgrades, especially the bathroom and air conditioning. The location was convenient.Overall, it's a fair option for budget travelers, but don't expect anything fancy." There is a restaurant on roof top. Its not that good, but there are no much options.

This hotel is located in Raghunathganj near Sagardighi Thermal Power Station. One of the few places to stay, actually. Staff behaviour was very nice and supportive. Not many options available here and some of the rooms are a bit small. The room we had was quite good and spacious. It was clean and well ventilated with good lighting. The bathroom was clean but the water pressure was low. No frills except a dental kit. I didn't expect that. Food was good. No complimentary breakfast...got poori sabzi. Overall a good experience.

Had a great experience staying at Hotel Suncity. Easily the best hotel in Raghunathganj. Hotel staff as well as management are very cordial and highly cooperative.

Service is very good. Kindly prefer this hotel for your stay.
