Very good location in city centre. Travelled with family and had a good experience. Food is good and buffet breakfast was nice. Check in could have been smoother, I was travelling with family and was asked for each one of ours IDs arrogantly. Room service is slow and could have been better.

Pearltree is hands down the best hotel in Purulia town. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a clean, modern ambiance and courteous staff. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all modern amenities -- perfect for both business and leisure stays. The in-house restaurant serves delicious multi-cuisine food, and the breakfast spread is excellent. What really stands out is the service -- staff are polite, helpful, and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The hotel also offers great facilities like a gym, spa, conference rooms, and banquet halls, making it ideal for events and family functions. Its location on Ranchi Road is central and convenient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Purulia -- a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and top-notch service.

Club rooms are very nice to stay, along with beautiful balcony to relax and gaze. Food and Services are very good and tasty. The spread in complementary breakfast could be better. In non veg there was only egg. All staffs are helpful and gentle.

Their food is excellent. I personally would recommend Thai Chicken, it's a little different than what the Indian palette is used to but I say to go for it! Also their mutton kebabs are so tasty! It's a bit on the expensive side, in terms price of the food items that they offer, but the dishes are unique and very flavourful.

I stayed at the property on 21/02/25 and had a mixed experience. The WiFi was not available, which was inconvenient, and the evening snacks I ordered did not meet expectations. However, the overall stay was satisfactory. With enhancements to amenities and food quality, the guest experience could be significantly improved.

We had a wonderful stay in a club room, with its lovely spacious sit-out. The central location meant we could do practical shopping. Everything was clean and tidy throughout the hotel. The staff were exceptionally charming and super-helpful - often offering services before we even asked. We spent two evenings at the outdoor roof terrace bar which also has a good food menu. To top it all, when we checked out at 7am the staff gave us a packed breakfast - which I had not even ordered. SO thoughtful. I shall be back for a fourth stay next year.

Wonderful experience.Specially Staff as well as managers from Front office to Resturant so helpful and courteous. But I must point out that Management should take care regarding bad behaved guest from local Area. Specially threatening to management to write negative review. They have Sky Launge where we saw IPL as well as enjoy Beer. Hotel offers us 4 bottle in 600 plus 10% discount on food ordered We definitely come in October as of now water is going hot

Just checked out from Pearltree and Very happy experice. Rooms are near and clean and service is good. Only think I must mentioned need little fast service for room order. We must recommend
