Metro Inn

Rooms were really beautiful and clean. What I didn't like was the receptionist's behavior. Very arrogantly, they told me during check-in that there was no booking even though I had pre-booked and paid via makemytrip. After keeping us waiting for 20 minutes unnecessarily, we fortunately got room keys.

We only availed room. So I am giving 4 stars for such a well maintained room. Quick check-in and hassle free check out. The hotel is very much near the station. Overall a nice stay. Cannot comment on food as we did not get time to order food.

Good place to stay at Purulia,Near to Railway station is a plus point

I think one of best hotel in purulia if you are traveling with family and reached purulia late night this hotel owner will stand to give you room at reasonable rate. Mr Kunal is a great person and do the business with great humanity. I had a great pleasure staying at hotel metro inn superb rooms, room service is awesome will get food even in late night. All together it is more than 5 star and I was his guest recently.

I with my wife stayed here for three nights from 28.11.2023 to 01.12.2023. The room was spacious and cozy. Kunal babu at the front desk was excellent. The other staff members were also very good. Overall our stay was pleasant.

One of the best hotel near purulia station and the owner Mr Kunal Dutta is a nice person his behavior is so good. Although they have no restaurant but their service has achieved no question mark. Specially Mr Dutta is a man of quality he knows very well how to run a hotel business.

Does not help you if you are in problem like missing train , have less money. We tell them our problem that we cannot return to college as we missed our train also added that we have a female students they politely told us that yes come to our hotel its a 2 min walk from the station . When we reached there they refused us that no unmarried couples are not allowed. I don't know whats the problem with this peoples when INDIAN GOVERNMENT decleared its legal to stay if you are above 18 years of age .These people doesnot consider the problem and refused us to give hotel. I personally not recommend this hotel and you will find many other hotel in there price range. STAY THERE WHO TREATS YOU LIKE FAMILY NOT LIKE A CUSTOMER .This is the motto of Hotel business so be careful while booking.
