Third class hotel. The management is very unprofessional. And the hotel staffs are very rude and very bad behaviour.Very bad experience.

Very bad behaviour of the owner. Today we 3 girls checked in here at about 6:30PM and he alloted us one single bedded room and charged Rs 500 for 2-3 hours. As we have train at 9PM and we talked that we will check out at 8:30PM and at 9PM he asked when we are going to leave we told that our train is little late so we will leave after 1 hour and that is where the problem was started. The receptionist behaviour was like he was doing favour on us by giving this room and he started taunting 3 of us like we had paid nothing and we are breaking our words. Instead of this he could ask us for extra money of required. Our trip was excellent at purulia but this end was horrible. The receptionist didn't even know how to behave with the guest and he didn't allow us to fill the register even. Hotel stuffs are rude and horrible. When I asked for my I'd card he started shouting on me. They surely need some session on this else for the location people and guest like us is going to suffer. I am attaching the room photo.

The rooms are not worth the amount they charge. The rooms are very dirty and the washrooms seem like they have never been cleaned over a year. The receptionist is one of the most ill mannered person we have faced. The only good thing is that it is at walking distance from the railway station.

Pathetic hotel.. Owner's son is a bloody goon.. He will come suddenly one day and threaten you to leave hotel room saying they had another booking and they forgot to mention it earlier.. Owner may look very polite to you when you are booking but later on you will see true color.. DONT book this hotel.. This will ruin your vacation mood.. Go for other hotels.

Display picture of hotel rooms shown at the time of booking did not match when we saw it for real. Window glass broken, everywhere pile of dirt and dust. When we complain about it we got the rudest behaviour from the owner. They will switch off the stairs light at night and scold you if you use more water to take bath. Basic amenities like mirror, dustbin, dressing table, chair was not available. In summary third class hotel with a ill-mannered owner.

Rooms are in range 1000-1500.. position wise good as it's near railway station...rooms are small..you need to buy water,soap everything here

I stayed in this hotel just for one night. Went to Bughmundi and had return ticket at Purulia Expressed (5:30 am ). As this hotel is very near the station( 3-4 minutes walking distance ) so stayed in this hotel. Hotel was clean and it's a budget hotel ( RS 700 for double bed room and RS 400 for single bed) . No restaurant attached with this. But considering the proximity of station, rate and cleanliness I am giving 4 stars .
