Hotel Rupasi Bangla

Stayed here for 2 nights during our puruliya trip with family . We booked 4 double bedded rooms . the hotel was clean , hygienic and spacious . Washroom was also clean with working geyser and no insects. We had one room with some issues with washroom and they changed the room on request. Service was also good . The staffs were polite and courteous. The hotel is located to close by restaurants and market.

They are running a hotel business while also deceiving customers. I booked a hotel through their website and made an advance payment for the reservation. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the reception staff claimed there was no booking and that they had no official website. They even admitted that it was a fraud. If they are aware of the scam, why are they not taking any action? Instead, they remain silent and continue to extort money from customers.

1) I paid advance payment( Rs 5000) for 3 double bed room for 4 days with 2 extra bed before going there and after going there I got to know that receptionist or staff did not know that I have booked 2 extra bed . He serve two double bed rooms instead of 3 rooms without two extra bed,where we reached at 7pm. He also serve another room around 10.30am. If they had no answer for that, the attitude was plentiful, 2) Before issue 2 bed room, they forcefully taken signing the unnecessary peper by me. 3)The room was not cleaned, I personally went into a lot of problems due to my dust elergy. 4) After making so many complaints to them, no solution came because they don't bother about these issues. 5) Particularly, all receptionist , Manager, Accountant behavior is very bad and room booking message ignored (WhatsApp) for booking information. 6) Hot water service is unavailable at one room. 7) All Rooms are small not for three person but room charges taken for 3 person. 8) In TV, cable connection is not working properly in every room( 3 bed rooms). 9) But they receipt full payment for 3 double bed rooms for 4 days without extra bed. If I go to Purulia 2nd time, I will stay in *any other place but not here*, I will *not recommend* this place to anyone I know, rest of those who are unknown to me will take their decision.If someone is reading my comment then you can see even if you *think once*, because *there are many more options*.

Comfortable room with affordable price services and Staff behaviour also Good

Worst hotel ever. They are fraud. Please don't book here for your stay in Purulia. I booked them through Goibibo app, made full payment on the site before check in. Inspite of that, the owner asked me to pay him a security deposit in advance. Then eventually cancelled my booking wrongly without informing me beforehand. They are fraud.

Service & food was good.. But, my first appearance was bad.. After entering the rooms, I noticed that , many things were not well maintained.. Problems were lying with basic things like Geyser, Mosquito repellent, number of blankets, number of towels, no bathroom kit, lack of cleanliness, bathroom door lock, TV Channels were not active, land phone was not working..etc.. These should be taken care of with utmost priority..

Hotel Rupasi Bangla in Purulia is a pleasant place to stay. It is conveniently located about 10-15 minutes from Purulia Junction, with various market facilities nearby. The staff are extremely polite and well-mannered, adding to the overall positive experience. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping services. However, while I booked a four-bedded room, I felt it could have been more spacious for the price. It seemed more like a double-bedded room that had been modified to accommodate four beds. On the other hand, the double-bedded room we also booked was comfortable and met expectations. The hotel offers dining options, and I was impressed with the quality of the food. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay at Hotel Rupasi Bangla.

Rooms were clean, service was great. Food was served warm. Staff very helpful. Location is good, close to the market.
