Hotel Akash Sarovar

Rooms and Toilet conditions have huge scope of improvement comparing their tariff charges. Water logged in the toilet. Not a good experience in Room No 208 during our stay. Hope to have a better experience in future.

Most people have negative remarks on food and dining. I can't say anything about that since we haven't had any kinda food there. Rest were great. Good rooms, good amenities, fiendly staffs.

I with my staff colleges visited this hotel yesterday at 8.30 PM and order some simple food like crispy chicken, handi chichen and fried rice etc. They served just crispy chicken at around 10.00 PM . The waiter's behaviour also very bad. Price of every food is over rated but service and food quality is very poor . The fried rice quality is worst just like we never eat such a bad quality of fried rice even in the street stalls. We never go in this hotel ever instead we go to Thek Restaurant, food quality is much better than akash sarovar .

Totally disappointing.. I have ordered it has been 30 min or more. There is no service person to attend.. I asked for a lot of time the attendant didn't pay heed to my words. Worst Service Ever.. I am from kolkata.. Such little guests can't handle so many boys..

Yesterday I with my frnds ordered 5 Chicken Biriyani and rest is history The behavior of staff is not good, the biriyani is actually not biriyani that is boiled rice and Chicken after complaining they admitted that they have only 2 biriyani in stock so that they add additional normal rice in that

Very nice place. Location is good, you can view Saheb bandh from the dining hall. Well decorated place. Must visit once with friends and family.

It is a good hotel located at the heart of Purulia town. The rooms are in need of renovation and the amenities an upgrade. This is partly compensated by good food and service.

They don't have the dometry room for drivers. They have given their stuff room for drivers. It's too dirty room and the the washroom also. There is no safety the staffs will come any time for using the wash room.so don't stay in night with driver
