The hotel is actually very nice and clean. Staff behaviour is awesome. Food quality is great too. Khawar shottyi khub valo. Entrance ta ektu messy, khub dusty. Otherwise, it's a 10/10.

Very nice , airy and Cozy resort in Madarihat . Two kilometres away from Madarihat gate of Jaldapara. Food was very tasty and worth. Room rent was affordable.

It was awesome . We spent 1 night. Food was great and the rooms are fabulous .. you don't need to switch on AC because of the natural room temperature was soo pleasent. Room service is also great. Whatever u want, u just dial the telephone and thats it.. U have enjoyed a lot.. u can feel pin drop silence ambience..

This Resort is closed to the forest. The place is very calm and quiet. Madarihat market and Jaldapara forest main gate are within a few kilometres. Rooms are not so good but food of choice were supplied. Hospitality of manager and staff was good.

It is good place with overall good arrangements. Rooms are clean and well arranged. Food quality is above average. This is very close to Jaldapara Safari tour spot. There is not much of a view from your room if you are looking for that, also the rooms a decorated in such a way that the windows are very small, but since it was AC room, I did not have any issues and I went there not to stay enclose in a room for whole day. So not a deal breaker.

Very good hotel. Nice ambience, quiet and peaceful. Very tasteful food, room design are too good, and very neat and clean room. Staff behaviour are very polite.

The worst ever experience in my life. Hotel rooms are not cleaned and wash rooms are totally unhygienic. Room rates are extremely excessive compared to their maintenance and their services. Moreover, the staff and specially the manager is not co-operative. Their behavior towards the guest is very annoying and unapologetic.The hotel location is far away from the actual Jaldapara National Forest, it's almost 2km. Overall my experience with this hotel is not good.

Worst ever resort experience for me. To call it a resort is itself a shame. Room quality and the service is pathetic. Behaviour of the manager and support stuffs are totally unprofessional. If possible, I would give negetive stars as ratings. Personally, I have experience of room number 107 and 108, both are very badly organized and conditions are pathetic. Unfortunately, we are prebooked the resort and don't have other options. The manager is very rude and does not cooperate with the guests.
