Infrastructure is very good but maintenance is zero. Service is a big zero. They offer complementary breakfast but cannot deliver breakfast before 10 AM, cannot deliver dinner before 11 PM. If you are going to ask when the food will be delivered, they will close the door with a big bang. These type of attitude and arrogant behaviour. They do not value their customer. Food are overpriced. You will pay double or triple price for below average grade food but they cannot deliver within the time they even prescribed in their menu. Location is very very remote. No road lights. Nothing positive we found except the beautiful structure of the resort. No room service, they will not clean your dustbins too.

One of a kind guesthouses in Shantiniketan. When we first arrived, the roads made us sceptical of the guesthouse's location. However once we entered, the service from the gate- all the way to our rooms, decorated with grandeur and comfortable vibes. The list of cuisines offered left us filled -both in appetite and spirit. Would recommend 10/10. Must visit for families and friends.

Recently I visited bolpur for poushmela. I stayed with my family members for 2 nights 3 days. The hotel is near the Prantik station and easily accessible. The scenic view is awesome, especially the morning view is very peaceful. The service and food was really good and I would definitely recommend it to others. However they are lack of staffs so their service time is a little bit longer than usual. But the available staffs are very loyal and friendly. Overall it was a very good experience for me.

I visited this property after stumbling upon some Instagram reels.Extremely aesthetic property that is pretty new. Interiors are very well decorated with chandeliers, antique furniture and the rooms are pretty neat and clean as of now. Now coming to the cons: A property this beautiful will need much more care to be maintained. The cups are already not very clean, the foot-mats need washing, the beautiful verandah could do with better sweeping, the bedsheets could be clean. The bathroom boasts of two huge mirrors but the rooms do not have a single mirror. People will expect this from a suite worth 7k+. There is no professional supervision beyond some locals who have been recruited. Additionally there is no one manning the gate, our driver ji had to honk several times everytime we went out and 80% of the time he himself had to step out of the car to open the gate so that the car could enter. There is no assigned bell boy to carry the luggage up the stairs to the room. The cook only had to come up with our luggage. Overall an enjoyable stay but I doubt if the property will be able to stay upto the mark with this level of maintenance in future.
