I stayed here from 25 th December to 27 th December 2021. A perfect peacefull stay what I can say about this resort.||Room: 4/5. Rooms are pretty clean, nice and spacious with a heritage touch. Washroom are clean. Hot water available 24 hours. Room service on call. ||Only bad part 2 lights were not working. ||||Service: 4/5. Here in reviews read a lot of wrong ones so expections was not high. But at the end of the trip I can say that service are really great. On time service, good behaviour may be not professional but they are extremely friendly and well behaved ones. But still I will say property is a bit understaffed. ||||Food: 4/5. Foods are awesome. Good taste. Prices are reasonable. Complimentary breakfast is included. Max they will take 25-30 minutes to deliver the food.||||More over neat and clean properly. ||Location is a bit problem for the property. Near about 2 km away from sonibar er hut, and more than 3 km away from viswa Bharati. Prantik station is close to this place. ||You guys can check out the snaps for better understanding.

This is a lovely place to spend a weekend in a serenity. The resort has a lovely feel, with its ambience within the mother nature. Swimming pool is available. Food is awesome and delicious. Moreover the staff's are superb in their service. It's seems they wear smile on their faces as their part of the uniform. I would love to visit thus place again.
I wish there was a negative marking. These guys should be taken behind bars for cheating their guests. This was probably a great hotel once upon a time. Now it's only ruins left. Water leaking from every possible place of the hotel. Lights missing all across. There is tv rack with no TV. There is Tea coffee amenities with no kettle. AC vent with no cooling. Water leaking from room ceiling to the extent that the bed gets drenched. Duvets badly stained by god only knows what type fluids. They have the audacity to charge you like a 3 star property.renovation going all across with little care about the dust around. Only good about this place are it's people. They try their best to meet the expectations of all.
This hotel is a fraud. Charged us 4k per room which had leaking commodes, stinking rooms, and repairs going on all over the place. Morning went for a bath... No hot water in almost all the rooms. The poor plumber just went mad and failed to do anything. Then we took hot water from the tea maker and had our bath. Restaurant is closed. Bar is under repair. But they are accepting bookings. 8 of us sat down for the complimentary breakfast. Served us 8 puris for 8 heads. Then gave us more after telling us that we should have asked for 8 portions. Over a period of 1 hours they just made a mockery of the breakfast. A huge fraudulent activity. Felt like ripping them apart. The only good part is that the young staff who had been placed as fodder before the irate guests were trying their best to clean up the mess. You really cant be angry with such a bunch of nice guys. Shame on the management... the greedy ones, the beggars..
Strictly avoid! It was a good hotel earlier now it's in ruins. Not maintained at all. Most reviews of 5 stars seem to be fake. Fortunately I did not stay at this hotel, they have almost zero services but have the room charge same as any other overpriced hotel. I made an enquiry and after looking at the quality of the rooms and adjoining areas, decided not to stay. Rooms looked dirty and shabby. Dirty linens, paint marks on the furniture, only 1 or 2 service personnel were there for cleaning such large number of rooms and passages.
Worst service. Hotel under renovation understaffed. It had no water. It also had worst cook and no waiter. It charges around 3500 for one room. They should be shut immediately all customers staying in the hotel was screaming and fumming with anger. They took so much time to serve tea that we opted to go to a local tea stall. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WISH TO WASTE MONEY DONATE
This resort is under renovation and there is NOTHING in the amenities that work. The room conditions are pathetic (to say the least) condition. PLEASE DO NOT believe any of the photos posted. These are far from true. Things that did not work in this so-called heritage hotel: - the manual locks on the door were not working - bathrooms did not have the mandatory toiletries. We had to ask for them. No shower curtains either - Dirty bathrooms - Tap-head in one of the bathrooms (out of 3 , 6k per night tarrif rooms) came off - Had to ask for water bottles - Had to ask for electric kettle - the sugar sachets were damp - Electrical points were broken Can go on and on.....Point is, IF the hotel is not in a fit position to take in guests then HOW and WHY should they??? When we booked our rooms online, no one warned us that the hotel was in ruins. So if you book this place , you should probably pay just 1k. That's ALL the tarrif is worth now.
It is a well laid out hotel, with nice look and design dating back to 80s. The rooms and facilities required a revamp to keep up with changing expectations. There are certain facilities which are now unused and are in a dilapidated State. There is a nice conference hall. The service and other operating facilities are at an acceptable level.
