ABASAR VILLA- (Free B/F,WIFI,Pickup)

Excellent place for short vacation along with family. Locality - very calm and peaceful. Parking - Available just beside fencing 100% safe. Food - Excellent home made as per our choice. Stay - Peaceful and Comfortable. Local sight seeing - TOTO available at doorstep, driver plays the role of guide as well - very good, gentle and reasonable charges. One plus point is books of Bengali, Hindi literature is also available which is kept open and anybody can use / read. Children books are also available like jokes, painting etc. All indoor games are also available like chess , ludo, chinese checker, Cards. Badminton and football was also available at the villa where we enjoyed with all our family members. Garden - well maintained and the gardener was very cooperative, where we could also able to plant few saplings which we will monitor on our next visit. Local people nearby are very good and helpful. This homestay is also PET friendly, couple friendly and budget friendly as well. We strongly recommend all our friends, relatives, peer group members and guests likely to visit Shantiniketan for their stay for vacation / business trip, for any celebration.

We stayed 05/11 to 08/11/2024, in Abasar 1st floor, room was not up to the mark though we (3) paid Rs 2600.00/day. It was non hygienic room, bad smell was coming from bathroom. Whenever the bathroom window is opened mosquitoes are coming inside of the room. There was only a few quantity of 'allout' liquid was available which was insufficient but not supplied other one. We stayed 4days but bed sheets, pillow covers, towels were not been changed. There was no wardrobe for hanging/keeping clothes, dresses etc. In winter season thin blankets were supplied but those were uncomfortable in sleeping.

I am a repeat guest of ABASAR, Shantiniketan and what makes to visit again and again : 1. Very quite and full of greenery 2. Lady cook prepares homely cooked food 3. Taken care 24 x 7 by a simple telephonic call 4. Caretaker, lady cook are non resident 5. Parking available just beside fencing, but safe 6. Suggestions made in my last visit implemented 7. With strong wifi available ... I am always connected to my work I will strongly recommend other prospective guests visiting Shantiniketan in coming days to stay at ABASAR. You will feel the difference and also feel that you are staying at your own home

I like the ambience very much. The rooms are really specious and the environment is very peaceful. Food is also good. Very near to the marketplace. Indoor game is also available here. Wi-Fi is also there. In short experience is very much satisfying for me. Thank you ABASAR

We stayed family of 3 person and had terrible experience. Don't book this place directly because when you will not like it you can't demand for refund but via MMT or any other website it's possible to get at least some amount by complaining about the issues. Day 1. : seeing the room we were disheartened as it was not something we expected. No proper space for luggage's itself. So it will give a feel that you are living in a store room. I had to move my car multiple times and frequently as there was no proper private parking and didn't have my dinner peacefully due to all these mess. Day2: There is a one woman army named Munmun who is caretaker/cleaner/cook etc.. When we asked to change the breakfast item on 3rd day as she was serving same potato curry and maida breads (Paratha/luchi) continuously, she denied saying that she is alone and how can a person can do these many works single handedly which is true. The lady was so much frustrated Another main issue is when you speak to owner he will not let you speak he will keep playing his false deals and hoax. At last he will say okay i will refund the money if I get the booking for same day. Never book this property directly contacting owner. Will suggest always go for booking website so that you can get assistance in need. We enquired at surroundings too about ABASAR and came to know it's very expensive where as you will get many other options far better with good quality amenities that is too within 300 meters. There is no night guard actually as owner mentioned who is taking care of parked vehicles when i enquired that was another hoax.

Excellent Homestay with all amenities like AC, Fridge, wifi, attached bath with geyser. Food EXCELLENT. I required emergency medicines during my stay and which was there and supplied to my surprise. I recommend others to stay.

This property is quite peaceful, quite , airy as well as relaxing. The stay was very peaceful. The place is greenery, garden is quite beautiful, you can sit in the garden as well as in the balcony in the evening. Nice place for weekend gateaway. Location is too much good. If you are looking for a weekend off or for a small celebration with family or friends this place is must to go. Very much friendly atmosphere here.

Rooms are good, total property are fantastic, food are delicious, stafs behaviour are so nice, lwill come with my family next time.
