ANNAPURNA HOTEL & RESTUARENT

WORST place I have ever stayed. Don't stay.....Read the whole review...Checked in late afternoon and when I went to washroom their was no water...we called reception but no one replied. We got Water in tab after 2 hours. At night lights and ac went off... I called reception again No reply then I called the owner Anilbhai he said their is no electricity so I asked what about the generator so he said its broken. Then next morning we orders tea n snacks.. after an hour I visited the kitchen bcos he didn't serve my food so i saw waiter removing malai from my tea. I was mad n told him to make new one.. the other day water drank water from my bottle which I face to refill water. I complained to Owner he said that we have only one staff n we r making loss in this property. Bcos there were only two rooms booked. Same was last time when I stayed...also Tv was broken and bathroom were stinking...bathroom tab were broken. Owner didn't apologise when I reported in return he said these are small things....I was charged 120 rs for poha which was not there in the menu and parathas were costing 45 rs in menu so I though poha would be 40 rs too...visit if u want to see empty hotel with non hygenic service.

Good hotel of 14 rooms deluxe and suite,it's a budget hotel with restaurant and big front garden and back garden it has parking,waiting area, good location family and friendly,good service and it has separate driver room outside
