Too much rude arrogance Both the owner and staff are of same category. If you have panagarh ( aryabhata management hotel) centre then try to avoid this hotel. There are many stay places in front of the panagarh centre. Thank you.

Most third class hotel. The behavior of the receptionist was not at all good. I wanted advance booking but they denied by saying that they don't have options for online booking at that time and said me to come with 900/- on my day. But when I was going to check in on my desired date, they said I have to give 1200/- through online payment,otherwise they did not give me room. Most faltu hotel.

I booked 2 rooms for my family on 25th Dec. 2021. On arriving we found rooms are not cleaned. Rooms are full mosquitoes. No body is available for service. No drinking water provided by the staff. No fooding. Not even arrange from outside by them. We left the hotel within 4hrs. and gone to another hotel.

Nice hotel with very polite and well behaved staff. All facilities available alongwith lift and swimming floor on the roof top. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Food was delicious and room service was awesome

It deserves 0 rating. The rooms are full of mosquitoes, even during winters. Door latches are broken. No toilet seat, no towels or water given, dirty bedsheets, blankets with holes, dirty washroom which makes you wanna puke, dirty socks in the bathroom. The list is endless. They don't even provide food and you have to go outside to eat. Forget any covid sanitize protocols, the rooms are not even cleaned by a broom. OYO is just swindling people by listing such properties on their app. Don't go by OYO ratings and pictures, it's the hotel of your nightmares.

Well Decorated rooms with reasonable price, Location is Near Darjeeling More, just beside GT road. Hotel Manager is very well trained, well educated person. Good Behavior, Silent atmosphere. Ac Rooms available.

The rate of the room is so high! We paid 800 for a small room with attached bathroom! When we arrived there room wasn't cleaned at all... But hotel's staff cleaned the room! We stayed here because we arrived here around 6 PM and the next morning we had a exam to attended! Decent place.. I suggest aspas check koro jodi kom a pao room! Nahole eta valo e jodi khub pryojon thake apnar!
