This hotel is very good and budget friendly with its luxurious attachments. Their hospitality is also very good. They have a lot of space for playing games or doing other activities and they also have a kid's playground which is amazing. Overall it is the one of the best hotels in Pakhiralaya Sundarban

We stayed at Hotel Icon at Sunderban from 17/01/2025-19/01/2025 -2 Nights (4 persons, 2 Rooms). Our experience is as under: 1. The rooms are extremely small and tightly packed to be used as a double bedroom. 2. No toiletries as well as drinking water and other aminities was provided by the hotel. 3. The rooms are built in such a way that everyone can hear each other from their rooms. 4. The hotel does not have a kitchen so you cannot order food at the hotel. 5. We also suffered an incident during our stay. Day 1: There was loud music being played on the terrace of the hotel till late hours in the night but when I complained against the same the staff at reception didn't bother to take any step and this continued till midnight. Day 2: A group of people were making loud noises in the dinning space till late hours which we could hear from our rooms. When I asked the staff to handle the situation my request was not taken very seriously. Our experience at this hotel was really bad, it is not recommended to anyone to stay at this hotel. The management is less than competent to run this business, they have not ensured a comfortable stay. I have also attached a picture of the dining area which was left dirty since the night and no effort was made to tidy it in the morning. It's not recommended to anyone to go here or deal with them.

Small room with no hot water or toilet paper and 1 tiny soap bar. sheets and pillows dirty. Place looks unkept. No bottle water or soft drinks to buy. Walls in rooms dirty, carpet dirty, does not meet standard of even a budget hotel.

Rooms are very small bas naam ka double bed room hai. There is no room service no house keeping service.
