SPOT ON 40134 Hotel Dolphin

Every thing is good, but there are few problems. The taps are not good in bathroom, there is mud and sand all over the water. They are not allowing the kids to play in the field. The staffs are very rude. Rooms are not very good. Everytime we used to play they in the field they use to stop us. We have paid the rent for room, So who are they to stop us? () For everything they denied. I have visited many hotels but we have not got such behaviour.( So STRANGE)

Everything around is still under development.. so expect delays, mismanagement in every aspect! If you can ignore all these for 2-3days trip then this Hotel is better than the rest! Quite far from the main Market which is near Pakhiralay ferry ghat!

Budget hotel. Pros: Rooms are clean. Bathroom is also clean. Reasonable price. Stuff behaviour is good. Cons: There is no hand shower for toilet. Water used for bathroom is pond water. There is no geyser. You have to buy hot water for Rs 20 per bucket.

Average Rooms and Bathrooms but matches with general packages you get in Sunderban tours. Some of the rooms were new and some are old. Do not expect TV. Do not expect Gyser but hot water is provided for Rs 20 per bucket. No AC.

This hotel is quite good but this is not for family hotel.when you are a single person or friends are there then this is a good choice

The hotel is clean, the premises is clean. However I think the bathrooms can be worked on even more and the rooms can be updated little bit more.

Very good hotel with spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious as well.

Very good service.. Neat room.. Washroom was not clean.
