Silverline Resort

The whole property needs lots of improvement especially the rooms. The ac have never been serviced, the bedsheets, pillow covers,even the ceiling everything is super dirty. The staff is average. They need grooming especially the older ones. Food is good. Otherwise the place is okay for a day out plan or picnic.

A most awesomely horrible experience. The contact person was not visible. The rest of the staff hadn't the foggiest about professional attitude. No intercom. You have to get the number of a staff to connect for any service. No wifi and the phone connectivity is extremely poor. Non existent in Jio. Somewhat existent with Airtel. The bathroom door in the room we were allotted had a gaping hole with 2 frogs as permanent residents. The linen was dirty even after replacement. The swimming pool took the cake. The filthiest swimming pool I have ever seen with no water recycling facility. No shower as the showerhead was stolen . A most ill maintained and unprofessionally run joint. Avoid at all costs. But truth be said, the kitchen staff redeem what is an essential basket case and a travesty in the name of a resort. The food is very good. I mean really really good. 4 stars + on that count. They have a fantastic website though but that's all fake. Believe me.

Wonderful place nestled in the so-far-pristine orgram forest, this could be your ideal weekend getaway. Fairly laid back and open, the vast area lets you breathe easy and unwind. Venture into the forest if you want, or walk to the now abandoned airstrip...the exercise is rejuvenating. The restaurant staff are nice, warm n well behaved...but the gardens n all look a tad lacking in tender care. The swimming area is clean but colorful bottles strewn around by careless guests may make the area wee bit unnerving for patrons with little kiddos.

Everything is fine and good. But..... 1. Saw many frogs floating in the swimming pool. 2. The blankets provided in the room do not have covers. Everyone puts them on. A very bad smell while putting them on. 3. The room service is not very good.

Overall Good experience. The ambience was good. You can have rooms on a day basis and hour basis. Couple friendly environment. Food was good but the price was on the higher side.

We booked on 19th January. Experience was horrible.. food quality is extremely poor and food charges is very high like a five star restaurant .. . I don't know how these eggs come from one double egg omlette is 80 Rs.. OMG .. and size of the fishes is too small and these cost 200 Rs.. I already told them but they paid no attention because they usually running these type of hotel for couple purpose.. If you want to go, I personally recommend not to go..

The resort doesn't feel very premium, and the food quality is quite poor. However, the stay is decent, with room prices ranging from 1,000 to 2,000.

Family and Couple Friendly Atmosphere. Park for Children. Swimming Pool is Aslo Very Good. Food Quality is Very Good. Bar is also available here.
