Since they are going to renovate the whole place there a lot of maintenance that the propert needs. The food serves is very good, best part of the stay. The staff is also very nice and get things done quick.

Resort is good and food is excellent. But the rooms and washrooms need renovation. Staff was very cordial and friendly. Swimming pool and garden area were well maintained.

I recently stayed at Digha Palm Resort and had a very disappointing experience. The room was untidy and not properly cleaned when we arrived. There was also a serious water problem in the washroom, which made our stay very uncomfortable. The lunch area had no air conditioning, making it extremely hot and difficult to enjoy our meals. Additionally, the door to our room was broken and unsafe, and the balcony railing was damaged, which seemed dangerous. The food quality was also very poor -- it lacked taste and freshness. Overall, the resort is badly maintained and does not match the expectations it sets. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

I had a horrible stay at Palm Resort. The blankets were wet, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the service was basically non-existent. The food was terrible -- definitely not worth the price. To make matters worse, there were crabs in the room, which was completely disgusting. The washroom door and even the main door couldn't be locked, making the stay feel unsafe. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend Palm Resort to anyone.

This hotel was a complete disaster. The rooms were filthy, the staff was rude, and the amenities were nothing like advertised. Totally not worth the money -- I would never recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience ever
