The hotel is good as I felt nice hospitality treatment over here, including the behavior of the staff , both front desk and room boys. The house keeping is very much upto date. Any small stain , immediately attended to. Clean rooms and spacious too . I had quite good and comfortable stay

Rooms are available any time, rooms are average quality, opposite to Panchasil Apartment and near to Birati Station and well connected by bus route passing in front of the lodge. 100% safe for guests.

One of the good lodging arrangements in Birati. It is being rented for various household occassions. Not very expensive it is. Arranegements for lodging is good. In festive season, it shows high demand. So, if you think for it for any of your occassion, book it well in advance

Air conditioners not working, no one attended in spite of ringing call bell many times and going down to reception and reporting few times. When asked for larger rooms in place of smaller rooms booked earlier, I was charged for both smaller and larger rooms. This happened when majority of rooms were vacant. Idli and sambar served as morning snacks for 70 guests was not fresh.
